Don’t go here

Cheap, but you get a cheap everything. Roaches all over the place. Stains on the sheets. The breakfast was the worst, did not even touched it. This place is falling apart.

First of all, the guy in the front desk overcharged us. The front of the property looks dirty. The bathroom didn't have the items you usually expect in a hotel room, like soap; we reported to them that in there was just a comfort sheet, out of 2 beds, and the guy just told us that it was right, because they provide just one for room. We had a reservation for 5 persons, and in the room they left an old towel with stains. Also, The bathroom faucet was malfunctioning. They have 0 security over there. Finally, would not recommend this place.

The young girl and black guy were amazing with the service, but the Room ! Piece of crap, bet dirty,ac broken,tv broken,fresh paint odor,bathroom nasty, not recommend, get a better option, l got pic if someone need it

El hotel es malo feo no hay comodidad de nada Las habitaciones estrechas presenta humedades , los baños no hay ni espejo las camas malas y del aseo ni hablar se siente el olor a humedad La atenncion es mala y no son dispuestos para resolver los inconvenientes No lonrecomiendo en ningun aspecto

Estructura antiga e serviço de baixa qualidade

Não recomendo , frigobar não serve, achei uma barata no banheiro cama é feita de tijolo e concreto nao consegue até o sofa é de concreto, fiquei 3 dias e meu quarto não teve serviço de limpeza. Café da manhã sem variedades sempre a mesma coisa um sandwich seco parecendo que foi feito no dia anterior. Tem um jacuzzi esta nojento parese que nao teve limpeza faz tempo. Cofre para guardar joia nao serve. O cara que trabalha de manhã é show de bola gente boa mais a infraestructura não ajuda parabéns para ele. Não recomendo vir neste lugar.

Una terrible experiencia y por lo tanto no se lo recomiendo a nadie ni siquiera para hospedarse de gratis, ese lugar las autoridades que regulan los hoteles en Santo Domingo RD deberían de cerrarlo de por vida…….@

Pésimo, no respetaron reserva

Pésimo todo, llegamos al hotel, tenía reservado 2 habitaciones dobles y nos indicaron que solo había disponible 1 habitación simple. El personal pésimo trato y nos dijo que no podía hacer nada, que él era solo un empleado y que l aplicación no coordina con ellos la disponibilidad. Tuve que empezar a buscar otra opción. Las 7 pm pr mi familia.
