This serene private modern retreat is only a 3-minute walk to historical Plaza España/Zona Colonial, short drive to Boca Chica Beach, and 25 minutes from the airport. Our 3 bedroom, 1 servant quarter apartment will comfortably accommodate up 6 people, with 24-hour security, 2 private parking spots, gym, kid's area and 3 infinity pools. Not to mention our stunning waterfront views, nearby museums, 5-star local restaurants that could only be surpassed by the best nightlife in Santo Domingo.

The apartment is furnished with style and comfort in mind with memory foam mattress, the softest hypoallergenic linens, and high-end appliances.

The estate which is in close proximity or numerous 500+ year-old buildings gives the new a unique old world charm only seen in few places around the world.

This apartment is perfect for families, couples, business travel or anyone just looking to have a good time.

We charge an initial cleaning fee that is used for after your checkout. We also have a mandatory cleaning charge every 4 days you are staying in the property. This means our cleaning crew will come in clean the property and change all linens while in your long stay. You can also ask for our cleaning service any time.

Le lieu est comme indiqué à proximité du centre de Saint-Domingue et cela a été très apprécié. Par contre, les photos datent certainement de plus de 5 ans, le divan et la moquette sont salles et tâchés. Une odeur de moisi dans l'appartement. Le lit ne contenait qu'un drap pour protéger le matelas et un couvre pied pour s'abriller (qui n'avait certainement pas été lavé ). Nous avons défait des lits pour prendre une couverture et pas de taie d'oreiller. Au niveau de la cuisine les accessoires sont minimalistes et vieillots, mais bon. Lorsque nous avons signalé le tout à l'hôte, elle nous a proposé qu'une femme vienne faire l'entretien, il nous aurait fallu perdre une après-midi de visite car nous devions présent. De plus la saleté des moquettes etc. nécessite un netoyage en profoindeur. 2 piscines sur 3 étaient hors d'usage. En résumer l'appartement nécessite un nettoyage en profondeur mais il est bien situé, la vue est belle et le balcon apprécié.

The front door drags ground and you have to lift it up to open/close/lock door, took us 6 min with Security’s help just to get door open. No propane so we could not cook and no hot water. Microwave did not work. Lamps in 2nd room did not work. No bottom sheets on any of the 4 beds, only a mattress pad. 2 flat sheets for 4 beds. Pillows stunk. Urine stains on mattress pad on twin bed. 3 towels for 4 guests. No wash cloths, no hand towels. Hair all over floors in both bathrooms. Apartment stunk. Couch is about to break, One dirty towel in washer upon arrival. No AC in living room and fan did not rotate and the cord was taped with black electrical tape where it’s coming apart, total fire hazard.. No batteries in any of the remotes. We tried to make the best of it as we were exhausted. This property is disgusting and the host did not reply to my concerns even though I could tell he read my messages on WhatsApp. Oh and the bathroom mat was soaked with water when we arrived too. This place is suited for barn animals, not humans. Beyond gross.

Check in was a breeze. There were two slight issues but the host promptly handled them and took care of them for me and it didn’t affect my trip. Extremely professional host and the apartment was clean, modern, very comfortable and felt like home for the time I was there. The building is secure with 24 hour security and definitely safe. I will definitely be booking again.

it was a very bad experience, it took about an hour to verify the reservation. The apartment wasn't cleaned, we didn't have internet access, the TV in the living room didn't work, I spent the first day very hungry because the oven didn't work. I didn't have a key to reach the gym the living room is hot, there is no air conditioning. But the zone was great.
