不滿：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
I was given a different room from what I paid for and she said that I probably saw the pictures of another property she has. I told her to show the picture separately for every place she said NO. So you book and she gives you whatever she wants. So my friends had to go somewhere else to stay and she never refunded me the difference since that places was less money per night. Place was dirty. Dishes dirty with old food stuck on plates and utensils. Stove didn't work, was clogged. My fiancé had to poke it with a needle and we were able to use two range. Bathroom faucet are extremely dirty, moldy. They offered Netflix on the app but didn't give you the password in person. You have to use your own. Pool is shared and you need to ask before you use it. Unsafe neighborhood so we had to order an Uber every time even to go 10 minutes walk to the supermarket. They only give you one toilet paper for 17 days stay. Be prepared to have drunk strangers knock in your door to ask for lighters or sugar or whatever. DO NOT OPEN DOOR. I would never go back there even if it was free. I do not recommend this place at all and I used to live in the 20 minutes from this place. I know what I'm telling you. Rent at your own risk. Also plumbing is equivalent to $20 usd but she wants to charge $150 lol in case you flush toilet paper.
