「Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. 「We LOVED this hotel!! It is perfectly located between the train station and the Tower of Pisa. (10 minute walk in each direction.) The best was how close it was to shopping and dining. 「Nice location, near the restaurant street of Pisa tower. No front desk or service desk, so everything need to be self service. The facility of hotel and room is quite old. However, free coffee and tea is offered.」

「A nice hotel in central location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean, shower 1st class. house keeping very good. Air conditioning brilliant and needed in 36 degree heat.
