We really loved the place. It’s huge, central located. We walked to the pisa tower and station and it’s also close to the airport and a lot of places to eat nearby, Maybe because it’s so big some details were missed such as we found the shower a bit dirty hair strands from previous guest but for the rest no complain.

Accommodation was perfect, it was really newly renovated, very clean and with big bathroom + bidet. location was perfect for strolling Pisa + close to tower. we did daily trips to close towns - 14min by walk to train station, not that baad. only had difficulty to pay tourist tax and to read all descriptions how to enter lol. thanks

I would highly recommend il genio. The entrance is a little daunting but once you find your bearings the accommodation is faultless. Our room was spotlessly clean and well thought out with simple but effective fixtures and fittings. The bathroom was fabulous. The air conditioning a real bonus in 35 degrees heat. The communal area was well thought out and equipped. Any queries at all were answered instantly by WhatsApp.

The apartment was conveniently located close to all the sights and restaurants. It was immaculately clean, very peaceful and we had a good size room which had mosquito mesh at the window meant we could open it. The shared kitchen was great to grab a coffee and gave us somewhere else to sit and plan our days out. The luggage storage room was useful as we arrived before check in time and left afterwards too. It's a very secure place with keypad access.

Very well located and very clean apartment. Everything we needed was right on our doorstep. We didn’t use the kitchen area, however it was always very clean and tidy. Nice addition of the bag storage area so we could continue exploring before leaving Pisa.

This place is in a good location for a central stay in Pisa at an affordable price. Good bits included like the luggage room, and the kitchen area. Felt safe travelling as a mum and child, as the multi-entry doors made us feel secure. Nice size bedroom. Quiet & dark for sleeping. Bathroom is massive. My 1 fault is please fix the toilet seat. Something so simple would of made it a 5 star for me. As both me and my daughter got fed up of the toilet!
