Lovely hotel , room with a view of the lake . Excellent service from all the staff and very very clean everywhere . Food was only being served in the Bar Lounge during our stay . The evening food was high quality and wonderful service staff ! Breakfast was good and plenty of choice . There is another restaurant which wasn’t open . We didn’t use the spa, pool or golf course , but they all looked superb . Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting quality accommodation .

Lovely stay. Friendly staff, clean, comfortable. Only downfalls - kids play area definitely needs updating and more attention to detail, spa treatments are never available when I book a late stay.

Not the most attractive building but very pleasant inside. The restaurant was closed but we ate in the bar which was good. The service was a bit disjointed - perhaps new staff? The pool was very cold which was disappointing. Great location for visiting the island.

Both Aman and Ella were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. Indeed, all of the staff which I encountered or interacted with were very friendly and professional. A true credit to the hotel and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and stay again if I was in the area.

Everything was great all the staff were friendly and helpful. Our we girl loved the pool and the play house We had dinner with you one night, we would have eaten more but, with our daughter’s egg allergy we found it hard for her to have food suitable. All the options she could have turned out they had egg in them even though it stated no egg on the menu. We stayed for 5 nights and one option was suitable. Staff seemed stressed, maybe more training to do with allergies may help. We had a wonderful holiday and we will Be back.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms, bathroom has bath and a shower. Everything nice and clean. There is a little play area for kids kept our little one busy for a bit. Pool is a nice addition (steam room, souna have to be booked upfront and for extra cost). Good location if you travel by car.

Everything was great except for breakfast, there was no coffee machine, and only low-quality instant coffee was provided. However, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the service was excellent.
