飯店員工非常親切並詳細向我們介紹附近景點，交通以及飯店設施。飯店內部乾淨，有泳池及露天臺可看海，整體感覺讓人放鬆，而且旁邊就有公車停靠，非常方便。

Very close to oia center and bus stop. But no view from my room, the windows is locked. I can saw a good Santorini views for roof Breakfast very nice.good air conditioning. But the bathroom quite small. I need to saythanks to staffs, they helped me to printed out my boarding pass free of charge!!

Convenient.

This was my first night staying in santorini. I took the bus from Fira to oia. It was quite convenient as there was a bus stop next to the hotel but quite far from the oia town like 10 mins walk. The reception was welcoming and the environment was okay. The shower water was very weak if you didn't hold the switch tightly. The pool outside was quite dirty. Quite recommend for those traveling with bulky luggage if you wanna stay in oia as there are many slippery steps going up and down to those white cave houses but the bad thing was that we couldn't experience living in a white cave house. The room was small, that's why not value for money.

ONE OF MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES AND AFTER TRAVELLING TO OVER 40 COUNTRIES,I HAVE NEVER FELT THE NEED TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW UNTIL NOW:I had a very disappointing experience at Anemomilos.I specifically paid for a bright white designer-style room with an indoor hot tube& distinctive design features, including a well design bed shown in the listing.However,upon arrival I was given a completely different room with darker and more basic interior lacking the design and features that influenced my choice and instead of an indoor hot tube it had an outdoor hot tub.The hotel’s response was to say that it was the same“room category,”but this does not reflect the reality of the experience.The room I received was clearly different.An indoor hot tub and an outdoor one r not equivalent,particularly in cold, windy, weather,where the outdoor facility becomes effectively unusable.As a result, a major feature I paid for could not be used at all and Idid not receive the room experience I had selected which significantly impacted my stay.When I raised the issue,I did not feel supported.I did not feel treated with the level of respect and professionalism expected.I also did not feel genuinely welcomed during my interaction with staff which added to the overall negative experience.Ispent several hrs trying to resolve the issue with Expedia,but was only met with automated responses with no outcome.the repetitive nature of these responses further added to the frustration.Overall disappointing

ONE OF MY WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCES AND I HAVE TRAVELLED TO OVER 40 COUNTRIES &NEVER FELT THE NEED TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW UNTIL NOW.I had a very disappointing experience at Anemomilos hotel,Ispecifically booked an paid for a room with an indoor hot tub which was A KEY REASON for my booking, especially considering the weather condition,however upon arrival , my room was given to someone else and I was given a room with outdoorhottube instead, the hotel response was to say(in a very rude way )that it was the “SAME ROOM CATEGORY’’ but this does not reflect the category of the experience.An indoor hot tube and an outdoor hot tube are not equivalent particularly in cold windy& rainy weather where the outdoor facility becomes effectively unusable,as result a major feature I paid for could not be used at all which significantly impacted my stay.when I raised the issue at reception,I did not feel supported .The response was dismissive and I did not feel treated with the level of respect and professionalism expected.I also did not feel genuinely welcomed during my interaction with staff,which added to the overall negative experience .I tried to seek assistance through Expedia(spent several hours)but was only able to access automated support which did not lead to any resolution.The repetition of these automated replies further added to the frustration.Overall, this experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING and had a significant negative impact on what was meant to be a relaxing trip.

The hotel was perfect. Close to the busy part of Oia but just far enough away to be peaceful. The pool area is beautiful. The breakfasts were filling and delicious and if you choose to eat other meals at the restaurant, there is a 10% discount. We had a car and really appreciated the parking but if you don’ t the bus station is just across the street. Highly recommend. We will be back to stay again.

Delicious breakfast, great location across the street from a general market and island bus stop. Extremely clean although the bathroom was very small. Very basic room and small tv but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyways. Great value for Oia— across from the Luxury Collection Mystique Hôtel.

From the start, the experience was frustrating. The hotel entrance is through a hidden driveway off a busy one-way main road, blocked by a bar that was closed. No one was available to open it. Each time I had to circle back, it took me about 25 minutes — and I had to do this three times. Finally, I had to ask someone nearby to find the receptionist and get her to come out to the street to open the bar so I could access the driveway and reach the back parking lot. Staffing was extremely limited — no one was there to help with luggage or offer basic assistance. The breakfast buffet was unappealing and poorly presented, and the staff that were present were neither welcoming nor service-oriented. Despite leaving a “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping still entered my room. Overall, this stay was stressful and disappointing from beginning to end. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel.
