Beautiful villa

Absolutely Wonderful!

This place is stunning. We had a wonderful stay. The villa was exactly as described. The pool is beautiful, the grounds are well maintained and kept, and the villa gets cleaned (beds made, garbage taken out, etc) each day. Stamatina made everything SO easy and convenient. From airport pickups, rental cars, to the amazing breakfast each morning. She was so helpful and accommodating! The breakfast is outstanding!! Fresh juice, coffee, fruit, yogurt, fresh breads, muffins and a pastry, egg or main dish of some kind. Absolutely lovely! The villa is located about 10 minutes to Fira and 8 minutes from Kamari. Two beautiful winnieries about 6 minutes away! I highly suggest renting a car. Everything is easy to get to and parking is free everywhere. Stay here - you won't regret it!! Stamatina will make it unforgettable!

Fantasy vacation!

This venue is incredible! We had 2 bedrooms/2 bath with a lovely common area and jacuzzi. It was one of several buildings nestled around a lovely garden area with 2 pools, plenty of sunbathing chairs, jacuzzi, and a lovely eating area with overhead trellis. Complimentary shuttles from the ferry and to the airport worked out great and are highly recommended, especially to the ferry! Venue was well-equipped and staff was delightful addressing our every need. Special thanks to Penelope who shuttled us to get groceries. The true gem is Stamatina who is the ultimate hostess. She gave a warm welcome, treated us to lemonade, and quickly responded to every request from arranging transportation to recommending activities. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing with several courses and different entrees daily. We also took advantage of ordering a dinner of fresh fish on the grill and the courses just kept coming. I can't say enough about how marvelous she made our visit. You do want to rent a car, though to get around the island. Stamatina can arrange that for you, of course!

Une semaine de rêve

Nous avons passé une formidable semaine dans le complexe Eco House Pleiades. Le site est idéalement situé au centre de l'île. Ce qui met tous les points de l'ile à moins de 20 mns de route. Notre lieu de villégiature était tout simplement superbe. Belle Piscine commune, jaccuzi privé dans chaque villa et beaucoup d'espaces. Le grand plus est l'hôte de ces lieux. Stamatina a été aux petits soins pour nous. Son service est XXL. Tous les matins un petit déjeuner différent avec du salé, du sucré, des fruits et des recettes qui lui sont personnelles. Elle est là pour que vous ne pensiez à rien d'autre que de profiter de vos vacances. Que du bonheur.

Exceeded expectations

Everything about this property was outstanding! The host, Stamatina, was kind and helpful (she booked dinner reservations for us and arranged for a rental car also), the location was convenient and away from the crowds of Oia/Fira/etc., and the hotel itself was clean and modern. Perhaps the best part was the wonderful daily breakfasts… eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, fresh orange juice, coffee, bread, and jams. Fantastic!

Hidden Jewel on Santorini

My family and I loved this property. It was a wonderful place to start your morning for your upcoming adventures in Santorini and a wonderful home to relax after a full day. The host was an absolute treasure. She was kind, wonderful, and extremely helpful. She made our visit to the island an absolute success. I could not recommend this place more!

Most amazing place to stay in Santorini! Magical!

WE LOVED our time here! The property is gorgeous and meticulously maintained! Our hostess Stamatina was the icing on the cake! She is the definition of hospitality! She greeted us warmly with lemonade and a snack when we checked in. She arranged a rental car for us that was delivered to the property (fair price and NO hassle)! She provided transportation to and from the airport. She was so accommodating with every request we made! And to top it all off, she serves the most beautiful, gourmet breakfasts every morning in the most lovely patio setting! I will continue to dream of Stamatina's villas for many years to come! She gave us a dream vacation! Oh, and did I mention that we LOVED the location?! It is away from the crowds and noise in Fira. It is located in Mesaria, which is very central. We loved exploring the Island from her home. And, she gave us tons of recommendations on where to go and what to see. I cannot say enough good things about Stamatina or the property!! Gorgeous, immaculate, spacious. Can't be beat!

A Magical Greek Haven

Absolutely Amazing!

My family of 4 with 2 11yr old girls loved staying at Eco Houses! it's a beautiful complex of about 6 villas clustered around a beautiful pool. it never got crowded, there was always relaxing music playing, the feel of the place was very Spa like. It's a bout 10 mins from the airport, with free shuttle provided. and no worries - you do not hear or see the landing planes at all. We arrived early in the morning and our villa was not ready yet, but Stamatina greeted us with delicious snack and arranged for the car rental (which was included with our stay) so we could start enjoying our vacation from the moment we arrived. The villas were spacious, designed with taste and clean. Our villa had a hot tub just outside, and every villa has a separate table for meals outside, which we enjoyed very much, especially at breakfast, which should probably have a separate tab for a review! I read earlier reviews and each mentioned THE breakfast but no description would ever give it's justice.. my husband is the pickiest eater and he still talks about the fresh Greek yogurt and feta frittata (and he doesn't like feta lol). every day there was a different Greek specialty that we devoured! the location of the house is perfect - in the center of the island, about 10 mins from Fira and about an hour to Oia. You do need a car. Stamatina the host speaks very good English (and other languages) and has a lot of information about the island and points of interest. We checked out most beaches and of all, best swimming / waves were at Perissa, were there's sand and no pebbles, also not crowded at all. There are many great restaurants in Fira, but most memorable for us was a gem in a neighboring village Exo Gonia 10 mis away from villa) called Metaxi Mas, with the best selection of meat dishes and a beautiful outdoor setting. I also highly recommend having lunch in Ammoudi Bay and jumping of a cliff if you dare, and then taking a donkey taxi to Oia. A surprising gem for us to see was visiting village of Emporio, as well as Pyrgos and Megalochori, all within 20 mins from the house. I highly recommend Eco Houses for a family or several families spending vacation as a group. Really happy I found this place. I already gave information to friends who are planning a stay in Santorini next season.

Great villa! Totally enjoyed our stay!

We stayed at one of the villas for 3 days. Had an amazing time. We were family of 5 adults. The property is very spacious, clean and beautiful. Service couldn’t be better and breakfast we are still raving about. The manager Stamina was always there and helped us with everything : restaurant reservations, rentals, ferry tickets. The only thing is you need a car to get around. Highly recommend this property.

Absolutely beautiful

We stayed for 6 nights in September, 2017. The property itself is beautiful and very clean. The villa is cleaned every day for over an hour. The owner and the staff are gracious, kind and very attentive. The villa has everything you need for a wonderful stay. In addition to being picked up and dropped off at the port, we were given a free car for the duration of our stay (over 5 nights). The owner and staff bring you a homemade breakfast everyday. This is not an ordinary breakfast, as we all agreed, this is the best breakfast any of us have ever had. Each day has different choices - eggs, pancakes, greek dishes, freshly squeezed orange juice and homemade bread and jam (apricot was my favorite). In the description of the amenities it states a breakfast basket is brought to you every morning. I think the description should be a delicious breakfast feast is brought to you every morning. We enjoyed Santorini, but the best part of our stay in this spectacularly beautiful island was staying in this villa @ the Eco Houses. I do not usually guarantee a vacation experience. At the Eco Houses, I know you will have an enjoyable memorable experience that you will remember for a lifetime.

Amazing Santorini Stay!

I must say that my expectations for this place has been blown out of the waters. This is such a beautiful villa only about 10 mins from the airport. Transfers to and from the airport are included which is a plus in my books and for the fact that it is quite difficult to navigate yourself around the island if you are a first timer. The staff (Stamitas) greeted us with open arms when we arrived and were always open to give you tips on hidden restaurants and bars around the island. Free car rental was included with your stay which was another massive bonus. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Had such beautiful Greek homely feeling to it. We booked the biggest villa which had a hot tub just outside. The location of this villa is ideal for people who need a bit of peace and is only 10-15 minute drive to Fira. The free breakfast is to die for here where there is always new traditional Greek breakfast dishes served everyday during your stay. Stamitas (Host) is very knowledgable and friendly. Speaks German, Greek and English fluently. Always willing to help if you need to book anything you would like to do in Santorini from wine tasting restaurants, view points, bars, island info. I highly recommend this place for anyone coming as a group to Santorini. So glad we booked this place. If i ever come back to this island, i would not hesitate to come back here again.
