“What more can I say about this hotel than WOW!! What amazing people that work here, you feel like you are coming to a family that opens their arms and takes you in to their little family. I had the fantastic opportunity to stay here for a week between 14-21/7 and I had just broken my arm and was worried about how it would go. I really didn't need to worry. “Gorgeous hotel! Would highly recommend. We only stayed here for one night as it was a last minute booking, but we wish we could have stayed for longer. - The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a very comfortable bed. - Our terrace had a hot tub, table and sun beds which were located down a few steps (we loved this as it was a bit more private) and the view was incredible! Clear, wide and unobstructed views of the caldera. It looked like most of the terraces for the rooms……
