“We booked a sunset view suite. The view is nice with a jacuzzi. However, the water is not hot enough in my opinion. The hotel is quiet and clean overall speaking. We love the breakfast area and the poolside. The walk to Santo Mine is just a few minutes and relaxing. We enjoyed staying in Santo Pure. ”

“Excellent hotel with stunning views , love the facilities especially in the hotel and bar the pool in the room ”

“Everything is perfect!! But the location is far away from villages, and the hotel’s restaurant does not offer very attractive menu… But we enjoy the stay very much!! The view is splendid!!”

“The hotel was very nice, and the room was very beautiful with a heated pool. All staff were lovely and helpful. However, the room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping, it was more of a tidy up. Which is nothing against the staff as I assume this is what they’re told to do. For a 5 star hotel at this price point, I would expect this. The breakfast was nice; but would like more variety. The same for lunch and dinner menu, it was nice but expensive for what it was. Especially with the surrounding area……

“Services were good but a bit aging.”
