「Staff I would say is the most valuable asset of this place, shout out to Mr. Guillherme, the Tour Concierge, he was always so eager to assist us always with a great smile and we felt he went above and beyond with his service. 」

「I stayed in a double twin bed and I had a view of the ocean and the mountains. The staff were nice and even let us check out late due to a later flight time and that was greatly appreciated. The hotel is very clean, great breakfast options, and drinks are good from the downstairs bar. The hotel is within 20mins of two malls and the popular beaches. I will stay here again!!! Enjoyed my 6 night stay!!」

「The hotel is being remodeled and the noise was constant during the day and sometimes late at night when they used the only working elevator to move construction meterials to upper floors. That in addition to the loud street noise.」

「There was a huge coachorage in my bathroom and after I hardly killed that oneand couldn’t sleep I saw another one next day. I asked them to change my room and they said they can’t and they don’t have any room. After I insisted so hard they accepted and all of a suddeb there was another room. I know there are coachorages hidden behind bathroom doors wooden pieces, so if you get that kind of room where there is space they can hide you will most likely sleep with one and even see it and scream like...

「My stay was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The property was beautiful and relaxing. One suggestion for improvement would be to add more mirrors in the rooms, as it would make getting ready much easier. Overall, I had a nice stay and would recommend this place to other travelers.」
