Fiquei 2 dias, chegando no quarto ar condicionado não pegava, falei a moça da recepção, ela disse que ia ver com a pessoa que arrumava, mas não viu , também não teve limpeza no quarto e troca de toalhas, o sinal do wi-fi bem fraco não pegou no meu celular, mas não teve barulho nos dias que fiquei, e é próximo do Brás. Não voltaria em outra ocasião

Atendimento e localidade excelentes.

Atendimento Nota 10. Atendimento super solicito e com simpátia. Três coisas que pode melhorar é: TV smart para acesso ao Youtube, um frigobar para estadias acima de um dia e por fim um chuveiro um pouco maior. Porém nada que atrapalhasse a experienca que no geral foi boa!

Hotel simples, para quem precisa economizar.

Esta instalação provavelmente era um motel. O quarto é apertado, box do banheiro não sugere higiene (tive que tomar banho de chinelos). Não tinha papel higiênico no banheiro, tive que pedir na Recepção. Ar condicionado é ruidoso, mas funciona. Pelo valor, não dava para esperar muita coisa. Não voltaria a usar este hotel.

Ótima estadia no Hotel Belém = Virada do Ano 24/25

Hotel Belém = uma maravilhosa experiência com portaria 24h, o que facilitou muito nossa entrada no hotel pois minhas amigas e eu chegamos de Porto Alegre na madrugada de 28 de dezembro/2024 à 1h e 30min e as moças sempre foram muito atenciosas e simpáticas. Hotel e quartos limpos diariamente, trocas de roupas de cama e banho, conforto com ar condicionado, televisão, sistema sustentável, inteligente e automatizado de energia elétrica e segurança com câmeras e alarme ao entrar na portaria. Banho muito bom com chuveiro elétrico. Não utilizamos mas havia salgadinhos, balas, doces para quem precisasse fazer algum pequeno lanche... O Hotel Belém é muito bem localizado no bairro no qual o hotel tem nome homônimo, fica na rua Júlio de Castilhos onde o sistema de transporte é bem variado, apesar disso não é barulhento, amplo e variados tipos de comércio como padarias, lancherias, restaurantes, lojas diversas, até de pets, colégios, salões de beleza, etc..., e tudo isso vizinhos do bairro do Brás, do Templo de Salomão e do centro da cidade.

Nao gostei nem um pouco, cheguei pra fazer o check in as 14h e só consegui entrar no quarto as 17h, pois nao tinha quarto desocupado e estavam cobrando um segundo pagamento do quarto

Preço bom, mas não vale

O hotel é antigo. O quarto está em condições ruins, precisando urgente de manutenção. Não era limpo. O espelho gigante em frente a cama incomoda muito. O barulho de compressor e de goteira deixaram a experiência ainda pior. O quarto que fiquei era do lado de uma caixa de água. A cama era péssima com um colchonete em cima. As únicas coisas que salvam são o bom atendimento, a localização próxima a parada de ônibus/metrô de Belém e uma tv smart.

Foi boa, gostei da localização do hotel, perto de quase tudo, recepção das meninas super educada nos auxiliando com informações, não gostei do quarto do térreo muito pequeno e simples, e a reforma no 1° andar em frente ao quarto que estávamos, muita sujeira e barulho.
