Uma das piores experiências que já tive. Na verdade não é um hotel, e sim, um cortiço. Baratas e mais baratas no quarto. Não tem serviço de quarto. O quarto estava sujo. Café da manhã com pouquíssimas opções. Não parecia que estava em um hotel na cidade de São Paulo. No bexiga e na principal avenida do bairro. Primeira e último vez. Creio que o tal hotel, deva ser considerado mais como pousada.

Local totalmente insalubre, recebi as chaves de um quarto que ao entrar me deparei com todos os pertences de outro hóspede, me alocaram para outro quarto que ficava ao final de um corredor minúsculo que não passava uma pessoa. O quarto estava sujo, banheiro com urina no vaso sanitário. Tinha odor horrível, o box estava cheio de mofo e sujo. Solicitei a troca do quarto por mais de 3 vezes e só recebia a resposta de que estava lotado porém no dia seguinte iria liberar outro quarto, passei 7 dias hospedada sem êxito na troca. (Tentei trocar de hotel mas não consegui nenhum disponível em cima da hora). O café da manhã que só era café e as vezes um pão super duro do dia anterior. Solicitávamos fruta, queijo, ovo etc e a resposta era sempre: já acabou. 7 diárias e só café. Solicitei no 2º dia guardanapo que havia acabado, encerrei 7 diárias e ainda sem guardanapo de papel. No quarto ao lado do meu havia uma funcionária que morava com seu esposo e sua filha de colo que chorava o dia inteiro e a madrugada também, era uma gritaria sem fim incomodando todos os hóspedes inclusive eu que estava ao lado (nada contra crianças pelo amor de Deus) mas era um barulho aterrorizante. Dica: evite esse hotel e não se hospede nele. Eu e minha avó ficamos traumatizadas com o horror que foi. Fazíamos de tudo pra só ir dormir e mal. Pra finalizar, cheiro de cigarro terrível tb

Péssimo. Local sujo, atendimento ruim… não recomendo. Quarto com aspecto sujo e mal cheiro no banheiro… não recomendo! Fora que o café da manhã também não atendeu aspectos básicos. Banho frio e ar condicionado também não gelava!

Não é oque esta nas fotos.

Minha experiencia não foi boa como eu imaginei que seria. Ao chegar no hotel me foi oferecido um quarto diferente do que eu havia pago, ele era fedido, e com a cama quebrada. Após falar com a recepcionista do outro turno, ela me colocou no quarto correto, porem, estava com o banheiro fedendo a urina, as toalhas que me foram entregues eram bem velhas e gastas e com aspecto sujo. O café da manha era horrível, o molho de salsichas estava GELADO, isso mesmo, gelado. E o pão muito duro, como se tivesse sido comprado há dias, além disso, com pouca variedade, só havia pão duro, molho de salsichas, bolacha agua e sal, café e leite e algumas geleias de mercado. Infelizmente eu já havia pago quando cheguei, posteriormente encontrei na mesma região um hotel muito melhor por um preço parecido. Vale a pena se você não se importar com essas coisas e só precisar de um local para dormir. E não é como nas fotos.

Lugar agradável

Num geral foi uma boa experiência, não me arrependo, mas é preciso pontuar algumas questões: a minha chave ficou presa na porta umas três vezes, o box do banheiro não corria corretamente, o vaso estava um pouco solto, o chuveiro do meu primeiro quarto não esquentava, precisei trocar... Mas em todo momento a equipe foi super solicita e estava disposta a me ajudar e me proporcionar uma boa estadia. No final, acredito que o saldo tenha sido positivo e planejo me hospedar lá mais vezes.

Maravilhosa!

Olhaaa, gostaei bastante, confortável bem de acordo ao valor, o atendimento ? Excepcional, amei as 2 recepcionista, muito simpaticas extremamente educadas, uma otima localidade, me sentir segura, sai e voltei a noite bem tranquila. Sobre o cefe da manhã..... caraa que top!!! Foi uma estadia razoável. Como meu esposo disse estávamos recebendo pelo que pagamos, afinal, nao tema hoteis baratos na cidade e num bairro como o bela vista. É um hotel bem simples, com cafe da manha mais simples ainda, onde nos optamos em comer fora, mas outras pessoas comiam por la. Há um pouco de desorganização quanto aos recepcionistas, não encontraram nossa reserva, não cobraram na entrada, fomos nós que no ultimo dia buscamos eles para realizar o pagamento e nós quem fizemos os calculos de quanto devíamos pagar porque a recepção não tinha informacões sobre os valores. Sobre o quarto, achamos bom, ar condicionado funcionando bem, chuveiro eletrico, tv smart, nessa questao nos supriu muito bem. A rua em que o hotel fica é muito lida, com estilo italiano, tem alguns restaurantes e uma igreja católica
