They said that there was no romm available for 3 people. We paid for two rooms but one of the rooms was with beds for three. I was too tired to discuss and restart check in.

Excelente estadia! Ibis com padrão Ibis! Entrega o que propõe, estadia prática, sem luxo, mas é o básico bem feito. Bastante cordialidade na recepção, no café da manhã e da camareira. Café da manhã bem servido. Serviço de valet (diária 30,00) também com ótimo atendimento, educados e prestativos. Nada como ter funcionários bem treinados e simpáticos.

Deu tudo certo, mas é um hotel padrão Ibis, sem luxo e sem nada extra. O que me chamou a atenção de forma muito positiva foi um forno de pizza na recepção e umas pizzaiolas preparando muito rapido umas pizzas deliciosas

Pessimo atendimento e pessoal mal treinado

Pessoal da recepção extramente iniciante, não sabem operar o sistema e nem os controles. Demora absurda para acessar o quarto por uma discussão que a moça nao entendia como funcionava o sistema e o rapaz pacientemente explicando, e a gente assistindo… No checkout, o rapaz da recepção veio cobrar novamente a reserva, sendo que foi paga na chegada, e até por procedimento do hotel. Tievemos que provar que pagamos, apesar de que esse controle é do hotel, totalmente desorganizado.

Péssimo

No primeiro dia, dormi em uma cama extremamente desconfortável. No segundo dia, dormi com frio por falta de cobertores. No último dia, tomei um café da manhã sem café e com poucas opções de alimentos. Minha experiência foi muito abaixo do padrão esperado para a rede Ibis e do valor pago pela estadia. Espero que essa reclamação seja levada a sério e que medidas sejam tomadas para corrigir essas falhas, tanto no atendimento quanto nas condições de infraestrutura.
