Sha Tin Cheap Hotels

"There are so many hotels to choose from in HK its hard to make a choice, especially a lot of times it's sight unseen and non-refunable, who knows what would happen. I've been to Cordis back in 2016, had a great impression back then. Location is convenient, property was sparkling clean and service was top notch (living up to its 'stars' expectation). Fast forward to now, I booked a hotel in TST in what I thought was a good balance or price, location, customer rating and age of property.... But wow, was I wrong. We checked in late at night, the hotel was in a neighborhood that was slightly less than desirable and the property was not good. We decided we had to move to another location (even if it mean 100% sunk cost), at basically midnight on a Thursday night and contemplating on where I want to do a last minute booking... Cordis came to mind. And I was not disappointed, sure the property is now older... But the service and location hasn't changed! I'd recommend this property to anyone who likes to be in the middle of HK, living the authentic experience (convenient with transit, loads to eat, to do, easy to navigate). I'm now thinking this might just be the place I book whenever I come back to HK, and I'll turn into one of those oldies who always go to this one place when I go to this one city."

"Always love staying at the Courtyard. It’s in a great location for me to visit family that are on that side of Hong Kong and throughout the years the area has developed with more eateries to choose from. It’s a great location for transport, easy access to get the MTR and buses so you can easily get to the airport from here. Staff are always helpful and they are attentive to your needs "

"Maintenance staff were not well trained !!! Got problem with TV n staff was not able to resolve the problem n gave silly reasons for unable to do it. Problem sorted out only when asked manager to look into the problem !!!!!!! Have been staying in Eaton for years n never encounter this before "
