There is no world in which this hotel is a 4-star. The rooms are poorly patched up everywhere you look. Everything is worn off. We switched rooms as in the first one half of the lights were not working as well as the A/C. In the second room several lights weren’t working either. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast very good, but the rooms are really ready for a serious makeover.

Serviço de quarto ruim, fiquei uma hora e vinte minutos esperando um misto quente, ao reclamar disseram que demoraria mais 20 minutos. Quarto com cortinas e roupa de cama velhas e uma fronha amarelada. As fotos do site não condizem nem de longe com a realidade do quarto hoje, estão bem decadentes, decoração e móveis velhos.

Café da manhã muito bom, com equipe do restaurante atenciosa e pratos bem preparados. O hotel é limpo, mas bastante antigo, com pintura visivelmente sem renovação há muitos anos. Caiu qualidade da rede !

Reservei um quarto com categoria superior para ter mais espaço e conforto, não tinha secador de cabelo no quarto , pedi a recepção e fiquei aguardando até perto da meia noite para lavar meu cabelo porque no dia seguinte tinha um evento . Precisei chamar a portaria de novo e para minha supresa após 40 minutos de espera fui informada que ninguém iria levar porque não tinha ninguém para fazer isso , eu me prontifiquei em buscar mas a atendente disse que não tinha secador lá para eu buscar . No segundo dia quando cheguei no meu quarto a noite após o evento , me deparei com a porta aberta do quarto ! Liguei e informei a portaria … para minha outra supresa foi o descaso , a resposta foi -Ah sim . Pode acontecer , a camareira deve ter deixado aberta quando saiu e não se atentou ….. como assim ?? Eu saio confio que tudo está Ok e me deparo com um quarto aberto no retorno após ficar13 horas fora do hotel ?

Pessimo custo beneficio. Chegamos 00:00 conseguimos entrar 1:00 pois os cartões nao estavam funcionado, roupa de cama ruim, travesseiros amarelos velhos ruins e nao tinha cobertores, o alarme de incendio tocou 2 vezes, o ar condicionado nao estava funcionando. Nao recomedo pelo valor cobrado esperava muito mais.

Fiquei hospedada 01 semana, no primeiro dia solicitei uma caneca com água quente para um chá gripal, me cobraram 14,00 e no fechamento da conta... cobraram 18,00 e a recepcionista da noite não informou que havia ema área de Auto Serviço disponível. Levaram água quente em copo descartável. Preços altos das refeições no local, com porções pequenas. Melhor solicitar via APP.

Infelizmente não fui feliz na minha estadia. O hotel está muito velho. A cama é desconfortável. Não tinha secador fixo no meu banheiro, tive que solicitar. O registro do chuveiro estava quebrado. Quarto muito escuro. Sem tomadas, com adaptadores. Televisão pegava apenas um canal. Sofá com manchas.
