  • This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully furnished, boasting a kitchen with a large island, large family room complete with sectional couch and fireplace, and a dining room that seats 8. Relax and unwind in the spacious, backyard that includes a screened lanai with a TV and couch, and an outside eating and lounging area. Or hop on the Legacy Trail that runs right along the back of the property. The trail is perfect for walkers, joggers and bicyclists that runs north of Bahia Vista Street in Sarasota down to Venice Avenue in Venice to create a 21.5 mile stretch of path. The house even has a small kids area with a table, chairs, toys, and books. We have furnished the house with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable including beach items like chairs, coolers, towels, toys, umbrella, and beach cart. Located only 1 mile from Pinecraft, Sarasota's very own Amish community, and 8.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, voted USA's #1 beach! This home sits on a quiet street and is centrally located to everything Sarasota has to offer.

We had a fantastic stay from start to finish, the place was beautifully decorated and clean. Communication was seamless and was always quick to reply. The property was comfortable and we had everything we needed and more. Will recommend and return for sure!

Our family loved this property, it's in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach and downtown. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to make great meals and the coffee bar was an unexpected favorite. Communication with the property manager easy, and she really made us feel special. We definitely recommend!

This was a great stay. The house is clean, comfortable, convenient, and quiet. We have stayed in many VRBO's in Sarasota over the past several years, and this was our favorite. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern and well stocked. While not located on the beach, it is centrally located with easy access to downtown, the beaches, the airport, and local restaurants. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a fantastic visit. The home is well equipped in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were especially impressed with the coffee station area and the comfortable living room as well as the sitting area lanai. Our hostess answered any questions quickly and easily. The home is very comfortable! Definitely will want to stay here again.

This was our second time to stay here and we highly recommend it. Jennifer, the host, goes above and beyond in making this house comfortable for guests. In addition to being very clean, it was well-supplied with all the basics. We really enjoyed the lanai. Even in the summer heat it was tolerable with the ceiling fan and the Florida breezes. Having the Legacy Trail just outside the backyard gate was a big plus. It was nice to be able to take a walk or ride the bikes which Jennifer has available in the garage. We found everything we needed to have a great stay.
