This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is fully furnished, boasting a kitchen with a large island, large family room complete with sectional couch and fireplace, and a dining room that seats 8. Relax and unwind in the spacious, backyard that includes a screened lanai with a TV and couch, and an outside eating and lounging area. Or hop on the Legacy Trail that runs right along the back of the property. The trail is perfect for walkers, joggers and bicyclists that runs north of Bahia Vista Street in Sarasota down to Venice Avenue in Venice to create a 21.5 mile stretch of path. The house even has a small kids area with a table, chairs, toys, and books. We have furnished the house with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable including beach items like chairs, coolers, towels, toys, umbrella, and beach cart. Located only 1 mile from Pinecraft, Sarasota's very own Amish community, and 8.5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, voted USA's #1 beach! This home sits on a quiet street and is centrally located to everything Sarasota has to offer.

Very Nice Home!

Will definitely stay again. Enjoyed relaxing in this beautiful home after visiting family in the area. We have stayed in several VRBO properties before, this is the best so far!

Spacious and Well Equipped House

Wonderful place to stay!

This beautiful house is super cozy and comfortable. Everything about the house was very nice. The kitchen is gorgeous and well-supplied. We were impressed with the quality of everything. Loved relaxing in the lanai and being able to walk to Legacy Trail. Great place to stay!!

Another Great Stay

Great house in convenient location

We loved the backyard and relaxing lanai. Comfortable beds, very clean, coffee bar. Short drive to St Armand circle and downtown. Highly recommend.

Excellent Property

We had a great stay. I stayed with my husband and father in law so we could attend Orioles spring training in Sarasota. It was incredibly convenient. Jen the host was very responsive and literally thought of everything for the house! Tons of extra towels, blankets, nice coffee bar, laundry, bikes, and beach chairs. Would highly recommend for a party or a nice quiet getaway.

Home away from home

The house was in a great neighborhood. The house included all cooking essentials and household supplies. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy the beaches due to a red tide in the ocean. I recommend the visiting Sarasota jungle gardens and circus museum.

The home is located in a very quiet neighborhood close to wonderful restaurants. It is very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The house was great for 2 toddlers who enjoyed the open floor plan, the kids table, toys, back porch and comfy couch.

Thanksgiving 2023

This was the second year we have stayed at this property at thanksgiving. It is the perfect place for us to stay while we visit our children and grandchildren. It has plenty of space to visit and entertain our family. We will definitely rent this property again.

Great Family gathering spot.

While visiting family in Sarasota this home offered the room we needed for visiting. Our home was the gathering spot. It offed plenty of space indoor and out and the hostess keeps the home well maintained and supplied with all the comforts of your own home. Just minutes to the beach and conveniently located among other top tourist attractions, shopping etc.

Beautiful Spotless Home

Absolutely love this house. The host is very easy to communicate with. The home is spotless clean and had everything you need for a perfect get away. With great comfortable beds and TVs in all the rooms it's great for day or night stays. Close to everything in Sarasota. 2nd time at this home and surely will be many more!!!

I would book this again!

Wow! Lovely kitchen with everything we needed; baths well stocked; slept through the night in the excellent bed. Loved the clean, updated look of everything. Large living room. Lots of seating in the kitchen. Back porch was lovely too. I would definitely recommend this house and I would book it again.

It is a very nice, clean, roomy house, with nice outside facilities too. An added plus were the bikes/biking trail and beach paraphernalia that came with the house. We will definitely be checking to see if we can have it when we visit Sarasota again!

Best VRBO EVER!

Within a minute of entering this property, I thought, "I want to buy this house and move in tomorrow!" It was completely remodeled, fully appointed and immaculately clean. It also had ever little extra that most VRBOs don't... soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, setups and a wide array of spices. There was also a full compliment of cooking utensils and there were TVs everywhere, including the screened lanai in back. Just perfect!

Great place

This property worked so well for us. Location was good, the place had so many inside and outside areas to just sit and relax. Quiet neighborhood also right next to a biking trail. Didn’t have time to use the bikes provided in the garage, but maybe next time. Lots of items provided for little ones if you’re traveling with young kids.

Great home provided by an owner that really cares!

This home is a great lay out that provides tons of space, inside and out. Nice quiet community close to everything (centrally located). The owner has taken EXTRODINARY care with the details. I was very impressed with not just the basics but the MANY extras she provided to ensure you wanted for nothing. I would 100% recommend this home and will absolutely rent it again in the future.
