Great location, 10 min from downtown Sarasota, 10 min from Siesta key Beach, 20 minutes to Lido Beach!
The space
This comfortable and spacious house is 2,580 sq ft with 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and a large fenced outdoor area with a private swimming pool (not heated). The house is located in a residential area (dead end street), really close to great amenities. You will feel right at home in this relaxing house!

The living room is cozy with its comfortable couches, ottoman, coffee tables, wooden floor, large windows with a direct view and access to the pool and the garden. The white, beige, and blue shades give the room a relaxing atmosphere. You will like how pleasant it feels.

A second living room features two taupe couches, a large TV and a coffee table. There are two big windows that bring in the light and an access to the pool.

A relaxation room overlooks the living room. Armchairs, coffee table, desk allows you to stand back to work or read.

The dining room is open to the kitchen with a nice table for 8 guests. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with all amenities: microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, and dishwasher.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with a sleek white and grey decoration, a dressing room, two windows. You then have access to the master bathroom that includes, a tub-shower, 2 sinks and a toilet.

The second bedroom features two single size beds, and the third and fourth one has queen size beds. The decoration is simple in tones of beige and blue. The bedrooms have big windows, dressing room and nightstands. The second bathroom features a shower, 2 sinks, toilet, 2 mirrors, a clothes washer and a dryer.

The swimming-pool is great to enjoy and quite spacious. Please, be aware that the pool is not heated. Around the pool we have a table for 8, an outdoor living room and a tiki bar.

You can easily park 3 cars one in the garage and 2 in front of the house.

In addition: Free Internet in Wi-Fi, one BBQ.

Siesta Key is one of the best places in Sarasota for a vacation. Siesta Key Beach was voted #1 Beach in the USA and is only a 10 min drive from the house! Free tennis court and many water activities are available as well!
Siesta Key "village" is at 15 min with many restaurants, bars, clubs, stores...

Downtown Sarasota is a 10 min drive with more restaurants, stores, bars, an opera house, a theater, movie theater and more.
You can then access more islands such as Lido Key, St Armands Cir (with its famous restaurants, stores, bars and more), Longboat Key...
Other places to see in Sarasota and surrounding areas include the Shelby Gardens, the Ringling Museum, the UTC mall, Myakka State River Park...
