Great little villa!

This was a great find close to the beach. The villa had a lot of great appliances for those with shorter or extended stays. Can’t wait to stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Good location and clean/new space

The location was great, as mentioned in the description. We have stayed in that area in the past and it's quick access to everything. The place was clean and Mark was very responsive. Top notch BBQ (we do a lot of cooking when we travel) and all kitchen appliances supplied and worked great. Would stay there again.

Wonderful Sarasota duplex!

Property was super clean. Nice renovated bathrooms. Functional and well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable king size bed. Great place to stay for my son’s rowing competition!

Happy with the unit and location

nice location to get around SRQ. OK for short stay or weeks. very clean and comfortable. Back patio is a nice place to relax. It is shared we had it alone not sure how it would be to share...big surprise the grill was clean and worked...parking is great. bathrooms are perfect too. kitchen is set up very nice and has what you need to cook in...beach umbrella was perfect...beach chairs need a update for "old folks" like a chair! ha TV has it all and many places don't so if ya like sports a nice perk....Mark is amazing and so helpful...after settling in felt like home..

Comfortable and convenient with great location

We stayed in this rental for the month of Jan 2025. It was very comfortable and well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the large grill in the patio for cooking. The best feature was the convenient location - 12 minutes to Siesta Key Beach or downtown Sarasota, 15 minutes to St. Armands and Lido Beach, walking distance to grocery and drug stores, a few restaurants, and Barnes and Nobles. Our host Mark was very responsive and available for anything we needed throughout our visit. A very enjoyable experience!

Nice and very clean place!

Very nice place to stay. The house was extremely clean and well kept. Very cute and bright beachy feel. Location was convenient to many things (Publix, Walgreens, five-o donuts for delicious coffee and donuts!!), beach was a short drive away. House was well equipped with things you need. Very comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Perfect spot for a beach trip

The condo is exactly as pictured - clean, modern, and plenty of space for three adults. Thoughtful touches like smart TVs and beach chairs and towels. We had a great stay.

Awesome home in great location!

Very clean comfortable home within minutes to siesta key beach. Great place for family to stay. Big open kitchen/living room area great for gathering together. 2 baths and 2 bedrooms were plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 child. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great Stay!

I visited Sarasota with my family and it was such a great time. The 1 week stay was so much fun! The house was spacious and clean. It has all types of amenities and out favorite, a full kitchen. The location of the house was perfect, in the middle of all beaches, 10-15 min drive, while grocery stores and pharmacies around the corner. Definitely a great place to book!

Very cute house!

This property is very clean and cozy with a very nice location close to several restaurants and grocery stores. This week with the red tide in the gulf we had to drive one hour to Gasparrilla Island and Englewood beach to be safe and happy. The communication with the office was excellent since the beginning. We had a really good time!
