Great house, close to beach and the famed St. Armands Circle where we went to several restaurants and ice cream! Excellent response time from agency that managed the rental on minor issues. Good time was had by all.

Girls vacation

We enjoyed this property. Great location and very clean. Because it’s been added on to over time, there are a few quirks: Window unit ac in one bedroom ( doesn’t cool really well) and a shower in a deep claw foot tub which isn’t easy to access. Kitchen is well equipped and the pool was great.

Good location, comfy couches and beds.

Loved the location but keep in mind this area is still recovering from a major storm in November 2024. The surrounding areas (and even this place) are still healing those wounds.The management company was great and very responsive.One strange aspect of this rental is they provide very little in the way of personal care products (soap/shampoo/toilet paper) and kitchen products (dish soap) compared to other VRBO locations. Also, when they say there a NO CONDIMENTS in the house, they mean it. No sugar, salt, oil, you name it.

Charming home close to everything

We had a great visit to the Sarasota beaches and stayed at this beautiful home for 10 days. We are a family of 4. The house was perfect size for us and we enjoyed having the extra space and a kitchen, comfortable laundry room. The pool is nice size and very quiet. The favorite spot was the deck in the front of the house. The house needs some upgrades and is a little outdated, the kitchen will benefit from the addition to food disposal to make it easy to wash dishes and the window shades should be fixed or replaced. The rooms are nice and quiet and the air conditioner worked very well during the month of August. We walk to the restaurants nearby and visited all beaches. We also enjoy downtown, just 20 minutes away. The agency was very good responding to our questions and issues, most people we spoke to were pleasant and friendly.

Nearly the perfect place to stay in lido leys. Very quiet and peaceful location. The house had everything you would possibly need. The pool was amazing. Made an extremely short drive over to the beach once and loved it however, the family preferred to remain at the house and swim in the pool all day long. The living room and separate den was perfect for us adults to enjoy movies while the children watched their shows. The door alarm leading to the pool was a bit annoying especially when the sensor would randomly unstick from the door frame at 3am and one had to go out and stick it back up but did appreciate the extra feature to keep the kids safe from sneaking into the pool area. Highly recommend and will most definitely return in the future.
