This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has an accommodating kitchen, laundry, and dryer area, along with a delightful coffee setup for coffee lovers. Enjoy a nice break with the family in one of the two comfy living room areas, along with two televisions with enjoyable couches to relax on and snuggle up to watch movies on the big screens for a cozy relaxing nightcap.

There is free driveway parking and enough space to comfortably fit 4-5 vehicles.

**Please refrain from bringing pool floats that have confetti/glitter inside of them. This can cause issues for the pool if one pops, and the confetti/glitter gets into the pool. Thank you for understanding!

We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, small toiletries, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap.

If you need anything, please contact us through the Vrbo messaging system. This keeps an accurate record of our conversation and is easily accessible by an account representative in the event of an issue. We are available during the hours of 8am-10pm EST.

We do our best to keep our pools well maintained, however during the summer months with our daily wind and rain storms the upkeep of the pools tends to be a little more difficult. Thank you for your patience.

This home has weekly lawn and/or pool maintenance so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.
