THE ACCOMODATION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE GARAGE, NOR THE STORAGE. THE GARAGE HAS BEEN CONVERTED INTO A COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT GUEST SUITE, SEPARATED BY THE STORAGE ROOM.
THE SEPERATE GUEST SUITE HAS ITS OWN PRIVATE ENTRY AND PARKING SPACE (left side of the driveway), AND THE HOUSE GUESTS DO NOT SHARE ANY SPACE WITH THE GUESTS OF THE GUEST SUITE.
BOTH ACCOMMODATIONS CAN POTENTIALLY BE OCCUPIED SIMULTANEOUSLY, SINCE THEY HAVE THEIR OWN RENTAL SCHEDULE.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO STRESS THAT BOTH ACCOMMODATIONS CANNOT ACCESS ONE ANOTHER, AND ARE COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT OF ONE ANOTHER, SHARING NO SPACE.
Our home is close to supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores, 5 minutes away from the UTC Mall, the New Mote Aquarium, local shopping centers, and Nathan Benderson Park. Close to Lido Beach and Siesta Key Beach, which is voted the #1 beach in the U.S., and just 4 miles from the SRQ airport.
This property, recently renovated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with the minimum renter age being 21 years old.
•The Master Bedroom: has a King Bed, a closet, a TV, and a private bathroom
•The 2nd Bedroom: Has a Queen Bed
•The 3rd Bedroom: Has two twin beds
• Covered Lanai Room: patio furniture, children's foosball, board games, and a bookcase with lots of children's books.
•Parking: Maximum of 2 cars per reservation. Parking is provided at the paved driveway located on the right side of the garage door.
•If you are bringing a second car, please park them in line ( one behind the other) on the paved driveway. Do not park on the street; trailers, RVs, boats, campers, and vehicles with commercial signs are not allowed.
