Enjoy a stylish experience at this stylish and centrally-located Sarasota 4BR/3BA, newly remodeled (2023) home. ~5 mins to downtown Sarasota, ~15 mins to Lido Key Beach, ~20 mins to Siesta Key Beach, ~5 mins to Bobby Jones Golf Club, and ~5 min WALK to Orioles Spring Training at Ed Smith Stadium. Kitchen/dining room: Gourmet kitchen, four bar stools and dining table for eight. Gorgeous!

Bedrooms: Three have king beds (sleeps 6 total) and one has a Queen/XL Twin bunk + Twin bunk (sleeps 5 total). All but the bunk room has a 55" TV. All have big closets and luggage racks.
Bathrooms: Primary bathroom has a giant shower, an amazing soaking tub, toilet and double vanity. The other two bathrooms have large showers, single vanities and toilets. We provide hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap in all bathrooms.
TVs: 85" TV + surround sound in living room, 55" TV outdoors by the dining table, and three 55" TVs in the bedrooms
Furniture: All brand new, beautiful contemporary furniture and artwork. Also, great outdoor area around the heated pool - dining table for 8, couch sectional with fire pit with large cantilever umbrella, four loungers with umbrellas, corn hole, pool toys, and more!
Backyard: Sectional sofa area with fire pit, outdoor dining table that seats eight, four comfortable lounge chairs by the pool with umbrellas and tables. Plus pool toys & games and an outdoor TV.
