Location Great

If you are looking to be close to the beach but away from the hectic aspect, this is the place. It's in a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk over the bridge to public beach access 12. It's just a short drive into the Sarasota Marina in one direction or Venice in the other. If you want to go into Siesta Key Village the trolley runs along the main road once over the bridge as well. It was also nice to come home and sit on the cute little balcony at night and enjoy a cocktail. The Boatyard Waterfront Bar and Grill is right across the street and has a great view of the bay. The unit was clean and the owners were very responsive to questions. We will happily stay here again.
