It offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bath with a screened-in outdoor sunroom. The fully private, fully enclosed outdoor space is one-of-a-kind with a modern pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit and lounge chairs for guests to lounge in style.

THE SPACE:
Welcome to The Palms! A 3 bedroom/2 bathroom single family home in a quiet neighborhood with private pool that sleeps 6 comfortably.

The Palms is 5 miles from Siesta Key Beach, #1 beach in the USA (approx. a 15 min drive).

COMMON AREAS:
The KITCHEN has beautiful cherry wood cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher). It is fully stocked with pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, silverware and coffee maker. Plastic plates and cups are provided for use outdoors and around the pool. The kitchen island faces the living space, and it has a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

The LIVING ROOM has a large leather sectional. The shiplap and stone fireplace wall features a 65" smart TV with cable and Netflix. The LED fireplace makes us nostalgic for winter…but without the winter weather! Large windows let in plenty of natural Florida sunshine throughout the home.

The screened SUNROOM has a table and 4 chairs for dining or breakfast in the sun. The full-size WASHER and DRYER are located to the side of the sunroom.

THE POOL & BACKYARD:
Lounge poolside in the FULLY PRIVATE POOL AREA and soak up the warm Florida sun! The 8,000-gallon POOL IS HEATED and typically kept at 85 degrees, so it is perfect for swimming year-round. The pool is approx. 3-6 feet deep, with a shallow sundeck for lounging while dipping your toes in the water. Outdoor pool lounge chairs round out the pool space for sunbathing.

Grill outdoors on the propane BBQ GRILL and enjoy the evening sunset. During the evenings, relax outdoors in the HOT TUB or by the FIRE PIT. The backyard and pool area are fully fenced all around, offering complete privacy.

BEDROOMS:
The PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE has a queen size bed, nightstands, dresser and large closet, in addition to an EN-SUITE BATHROOM with standing shower. The sliding glass doors allow direct access to the pool.

The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen size bed, nightstands, chest and medium-size closet.

The THIRD BEDROOM has two twin beds, nightstand, chest and closet.

The SECOND BATHROOM is accessible from the entire house, with a bathtub and vanity with large counter space.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
The home includes beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers for your perfect day at the beach. All bath towels and linens are included for a fuss-free vacation.

POOL & BACKYARD SAFETY: The private pool in the backyard is NOT GATED (the backyard is fenced all around). Children should be SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES in the backyard around the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.

NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use the plastic glasses and plates provided. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please help us maintain our amenities so that we can continue providing them in the future - please DO NOT WIPE MAKEUP on bath towels or washcloths.. DO NOT FLUSH makeup wipes or feminine hygiene products, including tampons. Additional charges may apply for clogs or ruined towels.

Guests are responsible for damage to the property or items within the property and will be charged for repair or replacement accordingly.
