Excellent service from reception to checkout. Property was well maintained and any issues were addressed in a timely manner. So many amenities available for renters from the beach access, bay side pool, full kitchen inside unit, and much more. Beautiful and safe location. Security cameras present all over property. secure doors on units/property access points. Great stay, highly recommend. Top floor is tough to access with heavy luggage would recommend requesting lower level units for easier access if needed.
We booked this place at the last minute and could not been happier with it the accommodations were clean and up to date. The pool and beach access were great.

The deluxe condo was very clean upon arrival. The expectations were clearly defined for our departure. The swimming pool and view from the pool to the canal was fabulous! the trolley stop was right down the street to go to the village. The technique used for the access code to the property was unique and it made it really easy to remember your code.

The bathroom door is still not fixed and it was broken last year. The refrigerator malfunctions- water leaks.
The property is well situated between the bay and the beach. The grounds are nicely maintained and the property manager was helpful and responsive to our requests.
We stayed in Unit 2B which had a number of deficiencies and is very much in need of an upgrade. We would not stay in that unit again.
The unit I stayed in looked like a converted motel. No outlets in bathroom.
Refrigerator missing shelves. Notified office. No one came to replace. TV reception bad.
Was charged $200 for cleaning and the place was dirty. Paint peeling looked like it hadn't been dusted in years. Even the waffle iron in the kitchen was dirty.

Pleasant Cottage Feel
Good location near bay. Staff was quite attentive to one need.
Not pleased it did not have Wi-Fi in rooms. Also, screens on porch were broken, not a factor now, but could be a problem during some stays.

Communicatie slecht want er is geen manager/staff ter plaatse.

Three nights in a lovely clean beach side community. No restaurants close. Shopping with groceries about a mile. Traditional beach house that sadly needs updated.
We stayed for 3 nights - the nearness to the bay was amazing. We were able to watch boats all day and evening. Only a short walk to a private access beach location. The pool and patio area were super nice. Will definitely stay here again instead of at a regular hotel. The beach bungalow feel was so relaxing!!!

Nice location with bay and beach access
This is a nice location if you are looking for bay and beach access. They have a great little fishing dock. Beach access is across the street. The room was in need of updating and things were run down. However you are hardly in your room so it didn't matter to much to us. Beach is amazing. Pool was ok.
Ant problem. If there wasn't Clorox cleaning spray under the sink to spray on the door Jammu and kitchen counters, it would have been a deal breaker. As it was, the air conditioning went out, but management had someone there asap and it was working within an hour.
