Located in South Sarasota, this newly renovated villa with a large open living/dining area and serene lanai is close to everything and includes access to the lovely heated community pool and hot tub, tennis courts and putting green. Located close to the Legacy Trail. So much is new—kitchen, appliances, updated master bath, new furniture. The villa includes complementary fast and reliable WiFi and 2 smart televisions. There is a laptop-friendly workspace in the second bedroom . Enjoy single floor living, with wider doors and a front door with a step-free entry. Linens and beach towels and chairs are included. 4 Tennis rackets and 2 bicycles are also available for your use. Easy self check-in. See for yourself! ABSOLUTELY NO DOGS PER HOA GUIDELINES.

2 weeks in Sarasota

The villa was as advertised. Eileen was very responsive to all of our questions and requests. Pool, tennis and pickle ball courts on property. Neighbors were very welcoming and friendly. The location is very convenient to Siesta Key, Venice, Costco, Publix, retail stores and many excellent restaurants.

Walking in, this villa is well decorated and private. Walking out, this villa is close to pool, and an easy drive to bike trails and beaches.

It was a lovely place to stay to be near the beach and near the legacy bike path. Also close to lots of eating and shopping and fishing. Eileen was responsive to our minimal needss & questions.

Village Des Pins

The villa was nicely decorated and updated. However, our main issues were that we didn't have a cable TV remote until the 3rd afternoon of our stay, there were many spots on the bedroom carpets, no garage remote, and one washcloth for each bathroom, We felt the owner was unresponsive. We were told " You know you aren't staying in a hotel".

Simple, Beautiful and in Great Spot!

We had the BEST experience staying in this property. Communication was perfect from the day of booking to the day before check in. Eileen was kind and proactive and that made it an easy experience. The small community is beautiful and the community pool is steps away, so it was perfect for our kids. The condo was newly updated, super clean and had everything we needed. We were looking for a place in Palmer Ranch / Gulf Gate that was quiet but close enough to Siesta Key but also made it easy to buzz down to Casey Key and Venice, and this was in the perfect spot for that! I couldn't recommend this place more if you want a quiet, simple and beautiful place to stay in the absolutely wonderful Sarasota area!

Inviting Sarasota

This condo was comfortable, clean, and welcoming! We loved the Keurig coffee/ Hot water maker. The assortment of coffees and taffy popcorn found in the freezer and especially loved the lanau porch! The king size bed was very comfortable as well!

Wonderful villa close to Siesta Key

Our hosts Eileen and Todd were extremely gracious and easy to communicate with . The villa is totally renovated and very clean . The accommodations were very comfortable… especially the bed. The location was perfect for our needs . Super easy access to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. We would be happy to rent the villa again and hope to be back next year!
