GARBAGE: -Garbage bin is outside, on the side of the garage. -On Tuesday morning, please bring the garbage and recycling bins to the curb.
RESTRICTIONS: -Booking guests must be at least 23 years old and must accompany the booking party at all times. -Only registered guests may be on the property, including the backyard.
-QUIET HOURS are between 10 PM and 8 AM to ensure no disturbance to neighbors.
-NO SMOKING on the property (including vape); $550 fine if evidence is found.

-NO PARTIES or events; If evidence of a party is found a $550 fee will be assessed.
-NO FIREWORKS. -On-site garage is used for storage only – please no parking inside the garage.
