Great location on a Beautiful beach. They have all the necessary items that you need for cooking in their cabinets. Perfect size for a family of three. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay

Great Time

The room was great and also the view. Very close to the beach and it was not crowded on the beach. It was a great and time, I have already referred the place to a friend and we plan to be back again.

Beautiful location and view

The condo has a fantastic view of the beach with the large windows in the living room. Furniture is all in great condition and the bed is very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciated the good communication. Thanks!

Best Location!! Wiindow/wall looks lright down to beach. Wish had full front balcony.

Mainly just beaching it😉. Visited St. Armands Circle only a couple minutes down from us👍😉.

FANTASTIC WEEKEND BEACH GETAWAY

WE'RE SARASOTA "EX PATS" WHO ARE VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE ARE AND ITS ACCOMMODATIONS. WE WANTED A KID-FREE BEACH WEEKEND AND THIS WAS THE PERFECT SPOT! BEAUTIFUL LOCATION - CLEAN AND GENEROUS AMENITIES W/ LOTS AND LOTS OF WIDE OPEN BEACH TO "SOCIALLY DISTANCE" AND ENJOY. WILL DEFINITELY COME AGAIN!

Wonderful week at the beach!

Property was very quiet and enjoyable!! Bed was super comfortable and we had everything we needed available! Chairs, towels for the beach etc!! The beach is fabulous and the property managers available and helpful!!! The condo is fairly small as the square footage suggests but works well and is very comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied for any normal needs. Toaster didn’t work and was promptly replaced . It’s a great restful place to stay and we hope to be back!!!

Connecting door

Fantastic view, great location. Beach was wonderful, shopping and restaurants nearby. Small but nice private deck. Couches and chairs were comfy. Beds were too hard, sheets were scratchy, pillows flat (we bought pillows and cases). You could not lower the thermostat below 74, so it was doubly hard to sleep. Worst of all, there was an uninsulated connecting door to the next unit. We heard everything they said and watched (including karaoke until midnight). We also smelled their cooking.

However, we were disappointed to find the same broken recliner and uncomfortable couch (expected it would’ve been updated). We would like to stay again but with no comfortable place to sit will have to rethink it.

The property was pretty much as described. There were 4 of us in the unit. There is a guest bathroom on the first level that we used. We used the stove, microwave, laundry, and dishwasher. They all worked great. It would be nice to have some upgraded pots and pans. The furniture is a big dated, but was in good shape. The deck is on the side of the building, not directly facing the beach. It would have been nice for the deck to be on the beach side of the unit. Overall, it’s a nice corner unit in a great location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit looked exactly as it did on-line which was a pleasant surprise. The only cons were having to request maid service even though I paid for daily maid service and also left the sign on the door all day. Also, there were numerous lounge chairs on the beach that had broken straps so could not be used. These should be removed/replaced. All in all, a good experience.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow I have emailed RVA two times telling them how dissatisfied I was with their company. No one has bothered getting back to me. The communication was so bad anytime we tried to call the person would say oh the managers are in a meeting so you can’t speak to them we’ll get back to you, which they never did, I came last week We were informed late on Tuesday that the water was going to be turned off, but no exact time we had told them that we’re leaving Wednesday never told us what we needed to do. We were getting out before the bridge closed and the hurricane came. No one that seems to work there cares about the people that are renting from them and I will never use rva again or tell anyone else to use your rva again. The unit had a great view, but it was dirty. The comforter on the Murphy bed was torn underneath. I wonder if the owner of the condo knows how mismanaged their place is. Lastly other than us showing up to get our keys, no one was ever in the office
