Short walk over the bridge and you're at the Beach, Restaurants, Bars, Shopping, Bike Rentals, Ice Cream, etc. Strong WIFI, Flat Screen Smart TVs, Washer/Dryer, Nice open floor plan with fully-equipped kitchen, Several dining tables, Garage and Hot Tub out back! Cozy and private. Quiet, safe area with little to no traffic. Publix and Gulf Gate area shops just on other side of 41. You will absolutely love the convenience here!

    - Phenomenal Sarasota location - only minutes from downtown, Siesta Key and other local favorites
    - Quiet Time Hours from 10pm to 6am: We request guests not be notably loud or rowdy during this time frame.
    -This home has an attached mother-in-law unit that is rented separately.
    Occasional activity may be heard when this unit is occupied.
    -It is possible for guests on this unit to hear footsteps coming from the unit above if it is occupied.
    -This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
    - Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
    -Pet allowed with Pet fee of $150 per pet - (1) Pet Max
    Trash pick-up day is every Wednesday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day)

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable than we had hoped.The biggest problem was the large number of ants throughout both the front porch and the backyard. There were so many that we were unable to use the backyard during our stay, which was disappointing since that was one of the reasons we chose this property.Inside the house, there were a few inconveniences. The bedroom lights could only be turned on and off using the pull strings on the ceiling fans, as there were no wall switches. The living room also didn't have enough seating to comfortably accommodate the number of guests the home is advertised to sleep.The supplies provided were minimal. There was only one extra trash bag, and it would have been helpful to have a few more basic essentials available. There was also no hair dryer.Cleanliness and comfort could use some attention. One of the beds had stained sheets, and the beds themselves were quite old, squeaky, and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.The hot tub was a nice feature and we enjoyed having it available, although the chlorine level seemed very high.With better maintenance, more attention to cleanliness, and a few additional amenities, this property could provide a much better guest experience.

Good enough

The property is nice enough, nothing spectacular about it. Property is clean. Kitchen is nice. Rooms are decent sized, beds were not very comfortable. Several lights were missing lightbulbs in various rooms. The outdoor area's roof leaked a little after a very heavy rain storm, not a big deal. Hot tub had a strange oder but we weren't going to use it anyway. Outdoor trash bins were already almost full and needed to be taken out before we arrived. Overall an extremely average stay.

Spacious, Convenient, Fun!

The house has a lot of common area space, but we wished it had more seating room in the living room. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, silverware, and cooking utensils. The welcome book says they will provide toilet paper & paper towels to accommodate your stay, but we had bought some before we arrived. The washer and dryer were a staple and worked great. The water pressure in the master bathroom was great, but there is a water saver shower head on the 2nd bathroom shower so it was very weak. We often showered outside which has great pressure. My kids thought it was fun. The location was great as it was right below the bridge and we walked to restaurants and could have walked to the public beach access 12 if we had wanted to. I had one question when we arrived and the property manager responded immediately. We had a wonderful week with my family of 7 adults, 2 school age kids, and a 1 year old.

Poorly managed, lacking

No sheets or blanket on one of the beds. No supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc). Multiple messages back and forth with the property manager and they wouldn’t resolve the issues. We went for 2 nights without sheets/blankets on a bed! Outdoor trash cans overflowing, nowhere to put trash outside of the house. There are beds for 11, but not enough plates/silverware (only 7 sets). Also, seating in the living room was for only 5. Couches are nasty. There is one bathroom for 3 bedrooms. The other bathroom is in a bedroom so not accessible for most of the guests. The bunkbed room is part of the entranceway to the garage. This place is in need of an update and refresh. You can walk to the beach but you have to go over a narrow bridge on a small sidewalk with very fast traffic. This place seemed tired and like it hadn’t been used in awhile.
