House was purchased 10 years ago and every room has been updated. A rustic and private yard with pool (NOT HEATED) is yours to enjoy during your stay. This is our full time home, and we are excited to share it with you. Over 1700 square feet upstairs including 1 King Bedroom, upstairs private, cozy and comfortable, 2 Queen Bedrooms on main floor, Dinning room, Living room, Sunroom, Kitchen, Full bath all updated.
800 square feet on the lower level, which includes Living room, Fireplace and Full bath, Dinning area, Kitchenette and Queen Bedroom. All Bedrooms feature New Mattresses (Simmons Beauty rest). Both living rooms have sectional sofas, and each Living room features HDTV's. Bedrooms have smart TV's.
But the outdoor space will have you spending all your time there. 6 foot privacy fence, back deck, Pool, Pool House , Hammock, Fire pit, Horse shoes, Grills, lounge chairs, Sectional sofa and table! A full outdoor oasis only minutes to SPAC (bike ride), 4 miles to downtown and 10 minute drive to Saratoga lake. So whether you're coming for an event or just to get away, our house offers you, your family or group all the comforts of being home.
We don't believe in the old theory of list it and let it be. With this is our full time home and we contiue to make updates and keep everything new and fresh. We've spent the offseason refreshing all the main areas and bedrooms! We have always excelled at keeping a clean and comfortable home for all our guest, we hire a cleaning service each time a guest departs and we always oversea all cleaning before the house is ready for your stay. We take pride in the fact that all of our rooms (3 Queen Size) bedrooms with Headboards and (1 king size) Bedroom with New mattresses, fresh linens, lots of pillows, nice towels, water pitchers with glasses, TV's, soaps and shampoo, and a warm comfortable feel.
