Enjoy this 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom rustic oceanfront property with your family and friends. An outdoor dining area offers breathtaking views and the sound of the waves literally feet away. Bring a book to read in one of the hammocks while you relax on the property or take a walk down the beach. A home with historical significance, Casa El Pescadito was one of the very first built on Coco Beach in the early 1960's. Simple and peaceful, this home offers the chance to de-stress and spend time with loved ones while enjoying what Costa Rica has to offer.

This traditional 5-bedroom Costa Rican family home located steps from the water's edge on the beach in Playas del Coco is the perfect place to relax! The beach is calm and great for kids as the waves are more gentle than at many other beaches on the Pacific side. Much of the property is open air which means you can hear the waves from any room. El Pescadito is located on the northern end of the beach, which is the best part! All of the bedrooms have air-conditioning. One of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, and the others have a shared bathroom with the adjoining bedroom. The yard and patio area have a few hammocks to choose from, and there are also lounge chairs provided. The beach is directly in front of the property and is the perfect place to sit with a cocktail and watch the colorful Costa Rican sunsets.

To note before you book, this is a traditional Costa Rican beach home; it's peaceful and rustic, all the bedrooms have air-conditioning, as well as fans. The common areas such as the kitchen and dining area don’t have A/C, but they have fans, and are breezy. You can comfortably enjoy the property year-round.
There is both an inside and an outside dining area, as well as open air sitting areas, and an outside patio. The house has a gated entrance and an electric fence surrounding the property for added security. There is an area for parking that can fit four cars. Free Wifi (great connection!) and several comfortable workspaces are available.

Things to note: As this is Costa Rica, and the beach house is quite open air, you may encounter some friendly insects or local fauna during your stay
•For those who can’t be bothered with cooking on vacation, we also offer a select menu of family style breakfast, lunch, and dinner options prepared by our resident cook/housekeeper.
•There is a reliable internet connection for anyone who wishes to work remotely.
•There is a daily cleaning service provided by the housekeeper as a courtesy to our guests, this is free of charge. This is an optional service, and if you would prefer to opt out, just let us know.
