「This hotel was perfect for us! Very near the airport that you could walk if you don't have heavy luggages. Love their breakfast!❤️ We used the Turkish bath and pool which are great. Everyday we take the bus and the stops are just right behind the hotel. There are several supermarkets around the hotel and we even got to go to the mall near the hotel. The staff are amazing and very helpful to point the places we can go. My girlfriends and I had a wonderful time in Olbia!!! Keep it up🥰」

Beach deck was closed for our whole stay despite staff always saying it’d be open tomorrow. 「Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. In the second morning, the waiter forgot our order and we had to wait for a while and needed to chase....

「Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after...
