  • Nice cabin sitting on the water at the lower lake of Sardis. Features include screened in front & back porch, covered parking, private boat dock, boat ramp only 1 house over. Less than 2 miles to marina and upper lake. Fully stocked kitchen. DirecTv, WiFi, and much more. If you are looking for a nice cabin on the lake at Sardis, this is it. Will sleep 6 people. Located only 20 minutes from Oxford. Owners have no advance knowledge of the water level on the lower lake or if the dock will be accessible.

The home was very spacious with great outdoor spaces as well. Disappointed that the water was down so there wasn’t really “waterfront”…no fault of the owner. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the screened porches and fire pit as well as the large rooms and well thought out amenities.

Wonderful Stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay on Sardis Lake! Very easy check-in and check-out process. We loved the back patio and had a fun time using the fire pit. Very easy access to the lake as well!

Surprise visit with dad

The actual property is beautiful inside, crowded area neighbors close. The water was low but we made a fire in the pit, loved being in nature. We would love to return.
