Welcome to your private suite in our family home in Saskatoon! This comfortable basement space is perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking for a peaceful stay with easy access to the city.

Enjoy a spacious bedroom, private bathroom, and a cozy living area. While the suite doesn’t have a kitchen, guests are welcome to use our main kitchen upstairs for a couple of hours daily, ideal for preparing light meals or snacks. Though we have Coffee machine, Microwave Oven and few utensils to use at the basement.

Privacy & Safety Notice:
Please note that while the basement suite does not have locks on the Basement entrance or bedroom doors, however your privacy and safety are fully respected. The space is exclusively yours during your stay, with no shared access. Our family resides separately on the main floor and does not enter the basement during guest stays. The property is located in a safe neighborhood and is equipped with exterior security cameras for added peace of mind.
