Worked for us; long weekend visiting family

Pros: Tidy and all the amenities we needed. Lots of clean bedding provided. Easy check in and host was helpful and responsive. Comfortable bed. We liked the location, central & quick to get to College Drive. Cons: Not as clean as a hotel would be. A little grime on handles, window sills and blinds. No dish cloth or towels provided. Just a used sponge. Heavy on the air freshener in bedroom. Dining chairs are bar-height so too tall to use at the table.
