「Do not stay here. We were very disappointed and left early. It was not at all as described. No public access to the beach “across the street”, despite claims that it was “just steps away” and “a stone’s throw”. Located in unsafe area, next to high traffic intersection, auto body shop, and cannabis dispensary. Not a family friendly location. Sofa couch was very small and not clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Just overall bad experience. 」

「Not in a location I expected, very close to highway road which could be loud. Place cute, but had a stale cigarette smoke/wintergreen type smell which was not pleasant. (Like stale bad breath) No everyday condiments like salt and pepper…..It served our purpose for a couple of days.」

「First of all, the location is great, but the room was impeccably clean and the location was a nice, quiet neighborhood. I've had other experiences with a "spare room" in someone's house, but this was on another level. There is no entry from the main house to your room, so it truly is a separate room. If I'm ever visiting Melbourne again, I will most definitely stay here.」

「While the online pics always look great, you never know what you're getting until you show up. The Hotel is so much better than the pics. Easy Parking and Room Entry, The Hotel is on the beach. so all you have to do is grab a few of the complimentary chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards and walk tot he beach, where the water is amazing and child friendly. 「This place is very nice and comfortable, every detail it is so convenient even the fan and lights in the bathroom lol! It has absolutely everything you’ll need for your stay. Great location too!
