“No fridge and no hair shampoo , and no hair dryer , need to make the room with the needs prepared, plus the bed so small for two and air is not good inside the room there is no fan or window for the bathroom, price is so expensive for a suck ass motel room never come back to this motel again and parking is not easy ”

“Clean”

“Our stay was comfortable. Our room had to be changed because it lacked a shade for the window, which allowed sunlight to enter the room in the early hours, waking us up. The breakfast situation was extremely disappointing, charging $15 for each person. With hotel prices having gone up, breakfast should have been included. Most other chains are doing this.”

“The bed linens are not replaced for every guest. The room appears generally clean, yet it is an older hotel with sparse, basic facilities. There is a persistent sewer smell in the bathroom. The neighborhood is a bit unsafe. There was a homeless person acting erratically right outside the entrance.”

“I’ve stayed at a few cheap motels or lodges due to unexpected traveling. I’ve had a few bad experiences, but this place is grotesque. The lobby is a Weinersnitchel type window where it’s hard to hear the person inside. My key didn’t work so I had to walk back. I got into my room & the place was filthy. I also booked a king with a desk but didn’t get it. I got a room with a dirt floor, bugs alive & dead, dirty shower, blood & yellow stained towels, & snacks that were thrown around. I showered……

“The motel grounds are the prettiest, but the rooms are updated, decent sized and clean. The owner is hands on and very accommodating. For the price paid, it's a good value.”

“Hotels around San Francisco are generally pricey. Even at Morgan Hill, comparable properties cost more here than in other cities. The room is mostly clean with complete facilities, but the location is somewhat remote, making it inconvenient to get to various tourist attractions.”

“The property was not clean at all, walls had cracks windows had the most disgusting borders, sheets looked worn and old. The couches in the rooms were torn up in areas and stained. Completely ignored the carpet and hotel. Being clean is the BARE Minimum in a hotel and this one was just disgusting. I left for a quick emergency and requested a refund through Expedia who contacted the hotel for reimbursement when then the hotel OWNER called me on a private number aggressively asking me why I wanted……

“If you are looking for A very clean room, then you will be very pleased. We are used to sleeping in a king size bed, none available so we were very cozy in a queen bed. And The A/C will definitely chill you out. Be sure to have lotion with you as there isn't any complimentary offered in the room. In all, we were in town for a quick over night stay and this property was close to our friends home and we were very pleased”
