「Very clean 」

「The hotel staff are very helpful. The room is very spacious, clean and has all amenities. I didn’t eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was a pleasing experience.」

「What a spectacular find in Jeddah. Usually I would stay further south in the city. However, this location is so much better. It's safer. It's closer to a world of choices of food to pick from. On top of all these, the service is great, the place is kept clean and the food provided is abundant and clean. 」

「The property itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. Unfortunately, my experience with the staff was very disappointing. The staff came across as unprofessional and often made it feel as though they were doing guests a favor by assisting them, even though guests are paying for their services. The property also appeared to be family-managed, and customer service did not seem to be a priority. A welcoming and attentive attitude goes a long way in the hospitality industry, and sadly,...

「I booked a 3 bedroom apartment. One washroom shower had a big crack on the floor. We took picture and reported to the reception desk. They didnt switch our room. When we took shower, the whole washroom got filled with water. We reported to the reception. They gave us a wiper to clear the floor. Also due to the crack on the floor, the shower floor was shaky and unsafe to use. Also, the description of the apartment stated, there is a sofa bed in the living room. But in reality, it was just a sofa...
