Quaint, character, interior design great. Quiet area. Modern bathroom and plenty of towels. The shower could use some safety rails for senior citizens. Most hotels and rentals have safety rails. Great stay. Highly recommended.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is small, but had everything we needed. We appreciated the thick fluffy towels in the bathroom.

The property is as described. You are able to walk downtown in just a minutes. Upon arrival the smoke alarm was beeping as it needed new batteries. Mill Pond Realty had someone there soon after I called. We were able to get into the house about an hour early which was extremely helpful. I must admit it bothered me that I was instructed to wash and dry the beach towels we used. I did but I just don't understand why that was my responsibility. Laundry does take a bit of time and when you are there for a weekendThe usual protocol is put used towels on floor, load and start dishwasher, strip beds. We were instructed not to strip beds so we didn't
