Well maintained townhome in a very desirable area on a quiet centrally located street. Kitchen contains granite counters, breakfast bar, and stainless steel appliances. New composite deck overlooks the forested backyard. Spacious open concept kitchen and living room highlight this sought after rental home. Primary and secondary bedrooms on the main level. Lower level has a second bathroom and the third bedroom. A large rec room compliments the space with a convenient walk-out to the rear patio.

Even nicer than the photos show

Very clean and spacious townhouse. Bright, open main living area. Full modern kitchen including dishwasher. Upper level balcony overlooks greenspace. Appealing bedrooms with comfy mattresses. Walkout basement includes separate bedroom and bathroom as well as games and theatre rooms. Quiet area. We would have been comfortable staying there for a month or more.

Our trip was to visit cousins and Modern Luxury worked out great! The location was excellent and the space fit our needs. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area again. Highly recommend.
