「Wonderful stay. Mark was fantastic. Treated us like a member of the family. Even though it’s on the main road it was very quiet. Extremely clean. It’s only an $9 Uber to the Basin Hotel downtown. We stayed in the Renaissance Room. Very spacious. Our only regret was the whole reason I booked was the winery on site, and it was closed, but they do have another one not far away. We will definitely stay here again.」

Breakfast was as advertised--grab and go. For a budget conscious traveler who was mostly interested in sleeping and showering in the room, this was perfect.」

「We loved the sauna/cold plunge. Rained on our trip so wasn't able to use the pool but it looked inviting. The location was very well located. We enjoyed how the property was off the main strip for its quietness. Bed was very comfortable, nice shower and room temperature was perfect. Disappointment is it didn't have a coffee pot in room. Would return to this property.」

「The staff was wonderful. We were able to check-in an hour early. Our room was very comfortable with a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was good and the dining room was very nice. We did have to go down some stairs, so I’m not sure how it would work for handicapped. We were right outside the pool and the grounds were very pretty to look at and walk around. We would recommend this hotel to anyone especially with children.」

「The Room is great. But the exterior is in disrepair, middle of June, pool non operational plus the atmosphere is very sterile there and you can’t even walk into the office unless it’s breakfast hours so if you want a place to pass out this is your place. If you want to anything besides sleep then maybe consider spending more and staying closer to the center of old town」

「The hotel stay was great. The staff was great. The only thing that is VERY misleading is the parking. On the basin hotel site it says $7. But when we checked in they told us it was $30. I asked what the extra $23 was for they said for the shuttle (which SHOULD be part of your stay for free since there is no parking at the hotel) ride and the worthless basin hotel activity book. The FREE things were not even on the day. So wait I pay $23 dollars to get 10% off pizza and other pointless discounts....
