Pretty disappointing
Lovely location and nice road / area with good views but the house was one of the most disappointing we've stayed in in 20 years of self catering. Issues in no particular order - no bulb in the back bedroom light which I had to replace; no battery in the kitchen clock - as above; the curtains in the main bedroom were paper thin and pretty useless; really spartan kitchen - minimal equipment and hardly any supplies left; most of the kitchen cupboards are empty; a good few of the plates were chipped; sparce, cheap and spartan furniture; we found someone's dirty sock under the main bed !!!!; extractor fan in the ensuite didn't work; dirty marks on many of the walls; the seals have gone on many of the double glazed windows so they look wet and cloudy and spoil the wonderful views. You get the idea
