“Connie is an incredible host! Her home is cozy, cute, and in an excellent location with reserved parking, which made everything so easy. She has really thought of everything . The lovely little lights along the stairs were such a welcome touch, especially in an unfamiliar setting. “Super fun location, that made for a really fun 4th of July. Proximity to Fort Adams gave us the best vantage point for fireworks we could have had. House boat was very nicely made up for us, clean as could be. Comfortable bed, head was clean and functional. Water taxi was super convenient and easy to use, also allowed for awesome access to downtown Newport without needing to deal with cars or traffic. Fun to experience town from the perspective of a boater for once. Overall boat gave us……

“Overall a very pleasant stay. It’s an unbeatable location to downtown and to beaches. The host is very responsive and helpful to answer all questions. It’s very clean. There were plenty of places to hang out in the living room. We loved the fridge layout and the kitchen. Cant complain since it was national day holiday though the price was high. Some places could be improved: the window AC unit which could disturb the sleep and not effective in bedrooms. We wondered if the central AC was working……

“DO NOT STAY HERE! It is like staying in a parking lot and the bathroom smells like a sewer. The three of us (all VRBO hosts) paid for three nights but left after one. We requested a partial refund, but were denied. We were unable to get the power working, so no lights, no phone chargers, no running water. The outdoor railings were not properly secured and the inside steps were not secured at all, making the entire boat unsafe. We were given water in a used container with no seal on the plastic……
