“The property is in terrible shape and the room was dirty and very out dated. One window could not be closed completely. I did not stay the night. It’s never a good indicator when there are human trafficking posters in the lobby and elevator”

“The accommodations were nice and what we expected. When you enter, the rooms are located on the second floor so you walk up a set of stairs. Each of the rooms have a lock on the door and there is a shared living space between the two rooms.
It was not possible to find an Uber so either you need to have your own vehicle or plan on walking.”

“The property was very easy to find! Door access made me feel very confident that we were safe. We were on the 1st floor which made it super easy to carry things in and out. Very tidy and clean! The room spaces were just the right size to be able to move about and yet feel a part of the conversation. Having three different sleeping spaces made it very accomodating for a family our size. Two bedrooms and the pull out couch for the teen, in a seperate space just off the main area. The classy……

“The lobby was very dirty as we're the halls. Room was reasonably clean, but furniture battered with chunks of missing finish.
The whole facility smelled strongly of pungent food being cooked, and tobacco smoke.
There was no one at the desk for some time. When she finally turned up she said she was working an extra shift without relief and was about to lock up and leave. As it was only 5 pm I asked what would happen if we were later. She shrugged and said we'd have to call the 3rd party we……

“I stayed for 1 week in this apartment. This was a nice, affordable building in a questionable area of MPLS. Being somewhat city street-smart, I overall felt safe in the building and my apartment. I would not feel safe walking around that neighborhood, especially at night. There was a police car placed in the intersection 1 block down from the building with the lights on the entire time, without a policeman in the car. We went for dinner on a Friday evening and returned to the building with 4……
