Beautiful property

We had a wonderful stay with our family of 7. Lots of space in the rooms and wonderful pool. We did a little snorkeling right off the beach by the house. There are several rocks to climb to reach the ocean and water shoes are helpful. There’s a nice dock nearby and our kids enjoyed jumping in the ocean from it. We did have an issue with the washing machine and dryer but Edward was helpful and replaced it the next morning with new ones. Highly recommend this beautiful house!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful villa!

We stayed at this beautiful villa for a destination wedding. It was spacious, clean and comfortable for our multigenerational family, so nice with every bedroom having its own bathroom ! We had a little issue with one of the toilets running and the property manager responded quickly and took care of it with no disruption to our vacation. The property is right on the water with stunning sunsets and beaches nearby. We all had a wonderful time and cannot wait to return soon !

PARADISE!!

We rented Villa 1 & Villa 2 for a party of 15 people & this was by far the best vacation rental property we have ever stayed at! The location was perfect & the host Edward went above & beyond our expectations! Edward responded within 5 minutes & was very helpful. The villas have EVERYTHING you need and more. Both villas were very clean and beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice. You must try the Flying Fish Bone which is walking distance from the villas. There are 2 local food stores within a mile from the villas. The Super Chow & Better Day Supermarket. Both markets sell food & alcohol. Edward had a 12 passanger rental van & a sedan that we rented from him for the week. He had the vehicles available at the villa which was so convient & much cheaper than airport car rentals. The only con we had with our stay was dealing with the folks that utilized the public pier next to the villas. Since there is no divider between the villas beachfront & the public peir, people would actually come & sit on our beach chairs & we even had people come up on our deck & use our hose & charge their phones. Some even left trash & were cutting their catch on our tables. Once we advised them it was private property, they did leave, but annoying to have to confront them. Toni the property manager was awesome! We will definitely rent the again! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Enjoyed our stay

7 of us went to celebrate a 60th birthday. The location is quiet and out of the way. Easy to get places with the van provided ($). We went twice to the tourist area, once for spa services and another for dinner. Otherwise, we enjoyed being at the villa. Great view, and marvelous sunsets.

Perfect place to stay in Aruba

Very nice property in perfect location. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary with family and friends. Location is beautiful and calm. You should definitely arrange for transportation as it is not in downtown Aruba but location is something you will love it. Edward always helped us with any question or concern.

Awesome Properties

Booked all 3 properties for a group trip for my BIRTHDAY and everything was simply perfect once again. The villas are in immaculate condition with beautiful 3D flooring, oceanfront pools with a beautiful sunset view over the ocean, linens, comfortable bedding, a kitchen stocked with everything we needed, beach chairs, and a very nice front courtyard with grill and seating to entertain. The villas are in a perfect location with restaurants and grocery nearby. Edward also took care of my group transportation at an excellent price . We had an issue with an a/c and Edward handled it right away. He was always available and responded quickly. I am a repeat customer and love these properties. I will definitely be back again and again! This is like my 2nd home! There's no other place in Aruba I'd stay. My guests are always happy! Edward's properties are top tier. I appreciate such an attentive and responsive host. Can't wait to return!

Awesome stay

We rented 2 of the villas, and both are exactly as in photographs. Edward and his team were very responsive and helped in any way possible. We stayed with 5 families and never felt cramped. There is a very nice beach about a four minute walk from house, and you can swim from the dock. Baby beach is always a must when your on this side of the island, and zeerovers is an absolute must. We would all stay here again 100%

beautiful villa on the water

we rented two villas with a total of 18 family members and we had the best time ever. george is exceptional he checked on us everyday, helped book excursions, and made our entire experience way more enjoyable. the houses were clean and stocked with everything we needed. the space was perfect it looks just like the pictures, you can swim to right off the back door in the ocean or beautiful pool. you are within walking distance to two amazing fish restaurants. the only downside is most of the activities we booked are up on the north side of the island which is about a 25 minute drive from the villa. not a big deal just be aware you are more secluded on the south side of the island. overall we had an amazing time and will definitely be renting the villas from Edward again! george needs a raise!

Beautiful property and services . Management is great!

The Management and owners are wonderful ! Both teams work together to ensure your stay is beautiful , fun, and safe . I had the residence van ( rented) and it was an great asset to the Villa to have your own Transpotation to go into the City, and tour ! Amazing stay

We were excited as this was our first VRBO experience. The house was lovely and George had impeccable timing. He was there any time we needed him, including a toilet issue one day and if we needed extra soap. He also arranged for covid testing at the house the day before our flight! What a Godsend that was. Our only problem was that this house is located in Savaneta and we did not realize that many tourist destination/tour was at the west end. We drove 20-30 minutes almost every day, to the mall, to dinners, and for our snorkeling tour. I thought it was a great way to get to know the island, but for some of the people in our party, they did not appreciate the car rides (it's really not that long) and would have preferred being even closer to more restaurants. My husband brought a travel fishing rod but was disappointed to find out that there were mostly small fish and not what he was looking for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and it was so nice to have a whole house for the family to congregate in. Thank you Edward for the many message exchanges and George for doing everything you possibly could to keep us happy! I would totally recommend this house, just know there are limited number of good restaurants nearby and will have to drive to the rest. No biggie.

More than we expected

The Villa was exactly as pictured. With everything you need, and not much more to clutter things up. George was MORE THAN helpful and there whenever we needed him like magic! It's a nice, off-the-grid location, but the pier is a local hot spot! It was so fun to see all the people come and go for fishing, boating and just hanging out... We would definitely recommend this place to groups as there is a lots to do... relax, spend time together, and lots of snorkeling! The rooms were roomy and comfortable although the beds could be a little awkward when pushed together. Overall it was the best place ever, with the best host: George!

Private pool for sunsets, Excellent managment

We really enjoyed our stay at Unit #2 of Villa Fellipe. The pictures were very accurate. We were astonished at the unique floor tiles with ocean scenes. Never seen anything like it. The home is big enough for a large family or group with 2 bedrooms on each of the 3 floors. The location is south of the airport about 15 minutes south of most of the hectic tourism areas. We don't like staying in the crowded areas and prefer to be secluded and enjoy the hidden gems of the island. The car provided for us (extra $$) enabled us to go into town and see the tourist traps for a little bit each day and then retreat to our relaxing beach side pool. I think we spent more time in the pool gazing at the ocean and nightly sunsets than anywhere else. The villa is within walking distance of two of the islands best restaurant bars. First we tried the Flying Fishbone. If you want to have the dining tables that have your feet and ankles in the water, make reservations before your arrival. The Zee Rover is a more local establishment. We went on a Sunday and were excited by the atmosphere. Unique dining experience. You wait in a line to enter/order your meal. No choices, you get the "catch of the day". They dole out enough portions of raw seafood, shrimp, corn bread, etc into a basket and you pay at the counter. You then find your own table on the beach front deck. A few minutes later they bring your basket of freshly fried food. Eat with your hands and enjoy the atmosphere. A must see! The manager (George) is the best we have ever experienced. He is on call 24/7 and took care of every need we had. He helped us set up one of the ocean view rooms into a home office for my spouse so she could work 3-4 hours most mornings. We have stayed at many VRBO houses before and George was by far the best assistance we have ever experienced. Hope to see him soon again... Highly recommend this 5 star newer facility and the owner and manager. You won't be disappointed...

Wow! Aruba on the Beach

I celebrated my 50th Birthday with six of my family & friends. We had a Blast!!! We loved the house and took so many pictures inside and outside. We had a Chef, a Driver and a rental. Thanks to George. He was the best, he was right on time whenever we needed Anything. We laughed so much with him as well. He was really a nice guy. We look forward to visiting Villa Fillipe again.

This was just a great place to stayed, George the property manager was great he went out of his way to see that we had a great time. My wife got sick George showed us the way to the client and he stayed there with us 3-4 hour and brought us back to the house and checked on us at least twice a day anything we need he pointed us in the right direction I just can't say enough about George The house was great My wife and our two Daughters and their families a total of (12) we had plenty of room, the bedrooms are very large I would highly recommend stay at the Villa Fillipe It's not located in the busy area (what we liked) less than 30 min you can be anywhere on the Island 10 min from the airport 20 minute from Eagle Beach 20 minutes from Baby Beach can't say enough about how great it was

Nothing but an amazing vacation

We had an amazing experience staying at Villa Fellipe in Aruba. Villa is just 10 minutes drive from the airport. We were greeted by the property manager George who was waiting for us to show us the villa and answer any questions we had. Villa has everything you need for a family or group of friends enjoying the sea, sun, and sand. This is a truly luxurious villa with a breathtaking views on a Caribbean Sea. You don’t have to leave the villa the whole time. You can swim right from the dock next to the villa. George was a very attentive property manager who provided guidance to all our needs. In addition to the villa you can rent a car from the property owner instead of a rental car place. George helped us arranging a private chef who cooked a delicious diner for us. Villa is beautifully designed with attention to all the details. Kitchen is fully stacked including coffee machine, toaster, and a microwave. Plenty of A/C power to cool down all rooms in the house. Internet speed was powerful to allow multiple streams of videos from Netflix and Amazon. George broad us snorkeling gear and a fishing rod which we used daily. We’ve asked for a tour of other properties owned by Edward Lee and even met an owner himself who was a very nice gentleman and showed us other beautiful villas on the island. Overall we had such a wonderful experience in Aruba and made so many life lasting memories. We will certainly comeback to Aruba and rent one of the properties from Edward Lee. Thank you George and Edward for making our vacation such a memorable event.

One word... AMAZING!!!!!

We were traveling with 30 people (20 adults and 10 kids) and with so many people collecting payment at the deadlines were teeth biting although Edward was so considerate and worked with us to get everything taken care of. We rented 2 homes and it was perfect. We had more than enough space... 6 Bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, dining for everyone to eat together. Not to mention George is the best! We arranged to have 3 vans and George was there upon arrival with the keys to the homes and the vans. I couldn’t call him but Edward relayed my messages to him and he was right there every time I called. Our family travels multiple times a year together and this is hands down our absolute favorite family vacation. Thank you for everything! This was AMAZING!!!! (Especially the view!)
