Everything was extremely clean. The staff was kind and the proximity to restaurants, parks, etc. was convenient. The free coffee in the morning was also delicious and out for early risers like myself. We were able to park in their lot on our second day but had to use the public garage across the street on the first day ($32 for 24 hours which isn't terrible!). The mattress in our room had a bit of a droop in the middle which resulted in us rolling into each other so we had to use a pillow to prevent that. Overall a wonderful and quiet stay.

We had a wonderful two night stay at The East Bay Inn. Our corner King room was beautiful, spacious and spotless. Amenities were great. Location to River restaurants and shops was very convenient. Debi’s Restaurant in the Inn was great for breakfast. If we visit Savannah again we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful corner room with large windows and antique furniture. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large and clean. Property was conveniently located to River Street’s shops and Restaurants.

One of my favorite places to stay. In walking distance to everything. Rooms are clean and spacious. Safe place with free parking. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone but I really want to keep it a secret for myself. LOL

I am giving our stay 5 stars. The check in & out was fast and staff are great. I do have 1 thing that did make stay less comfortable and that is the bed. The mattress in room 210 was not very comfortable and as and old lady it bothered my back. The bathroom does not latch closed & lock on it was useless. It did not matter to us as a couple. The room itself is so lovely. Sofa & chairs very comfortable. The area around the hotel perfect for walking & shopping. There is a restaurant in basement Debis and the staff were so kind. We are a light lunch & a breakfast it was good food & easy to get to just take elevator to basement. The food is not included in stay but you do get a discount. Parking is tight. Very few spaces but if you can get one then you don’t want to move that car! They do validate for parking in parking garage with a bar code you can go in & our. The garage we chose very small and elevator was not working so we had to climb stairs & go down with luggage. I think Savannah historic buildings are so beautiful and some inconveniences are just expected.

On arrival the lady at the front desk was very helpful and friendly, the lobby is lovely and parking is right outside which is a plus as this is right on the Main Street across from the river walk, location was excellent and within walking distance of the river walk and downtown, there is an onsite bar and restaurant with a complimentary drink to use before 10pm on the night of our stay. The room was spotless and clean with the king size bed being very comfortable, coffee maker and complimentary popcorn and water in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
