The location and home was perfect for our group of 13 college friends. We loved being close to Forsyth park, a grocery store, and tons of fun restaurants. Our favorite spots to eat included Treylor Park pizza, Public House, and the Grey. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks for a great place to stay!

The Savannah Estate rental property was very well preserved and maintained for having been built in 1892. It was a five minute walk to Forsyth Park but over a mile to Bay Street and the heart of downtown. Overall it was a great 3 day adventure with friends and we all would highly recommend this property.

The house is very accommodating both carriage and main house. There are no locks on any of the bathrooms, the front door knob is quite tricky and may fall off. These are all minor issues, and we understand the age of the building is historical. Our family had a wonderful stay , we walked everywhere, grocery shopping, dining and site seeing. . The home is exactly as you see it on VRBO. Beautiful & large. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Our family of 16 was able to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped and the grill was great to have for meals too. Plastic plates & drinkware would be a valuable addition to the kitchen supplies The pool is small but refreshing! The pool on Tybee Island is very nice and wish we got there more. You can walk everywhere - the River is a little bit over a mile away, Forsyth Park is 2 blocks away, loads of Squares to see and a supermarket is right around the corner. We are always grateful to home owners who share their homes and allow us to visit cities as amazing as Savannah. JT 7/24/23

Courtyard Let Down

Our stay in Savannah was for our friends 50th birthday. She specified she would like a home with a swimming pool. We chose the home that we did because of the pool and the patio area. Unfortunately that area was a huge let down! The cushions on the chairs were soaking wet and so stained/dirty we could not sit out back. Just a huge bummer! Take better care of the area-the photos showed a beautiful and peaceful area to enjoy, but we were not able to enjoy.

Good location; near a grocery store and Starbucks and lovely coffee shop and Forsyth Park. Poor maintenance: main dishwasher broken; stovetop and oven taken apart for the first week (and then the repairman had to saw and covered everything with 16th" of dust--didn't put tarps or plastic down to protect items.) It was cold the first week--in the 20's at night--and the thermostats on the second and third floors didn't respond; stayed at about 61-65 degrees. That involved a long HVAC visit but it never got fixed. The house is lovely and deserves better--somebody needs to live there for a month and reorganize and get everything fixed.

Beautiful house in Savannah

This is a beautiful house in a lovely neighborhood. Convenient to everything. We did have trouble with a few door knobs, but it is an old house. The thermostat in the master bedroom was not working correctly, so it stayed too cold in there most of the time even though we had it set up high. It stated that we needed to consult the house binder, but we never could find that. Would be helpful if it was stated where to find it also. Overall great experience in Savannah!
