Excellent communication. Clean. Location was close walking distance to many attractions. Overall location of apartments were not the best areas. Upstairs unit curtains in kitchen faded and torn. Downstairs unit bedroom shade faded, old with spots.

The house was perfect for our big group. We especially liked the big table where we could all share a meal or play games. Great location next to the DOT shuttle stops.

Over all the house was roomy and worked well for our large party . The kitchen was stocked with utensils and they were quick to fix a dish washer issue. The large dining room table allowed us to enjoy our meals together. There was plenty of toilet paper but only one hand towel to dry dishes. The house is more outdated than the pictures show for sure. The washing machine had mold in the rim and could use a good cleaning. The neighborhood was not the best . The neighbors frequently had large groups smoking weed and drinking and due to the busted fence it was visible and the smell was very noticeable. As mentioned in previous post there was trash all in the very limited parking area. Though we had the three parking spaces our vehicles were consistently blocked in by people parking on the road behind our vehicles making it difficult to pull in and get out of the parking spaces. Overall not the worst place to stay.

Family Gathering

House is great for a large party. Neighborhood is a little sketchy, no outside area to sit or recreate. Lots of garbage outside neighbors. Close to Forsythe Park, 2 miles to River St, 1.5 miles to lots of shopping and restaurants. Needs some maintenance! Poor lighting in house, drains run very slow, toasters didn’t work, limited kitchen supplies. Probably would not stay in this location again due to neighborhood, busy street, loud, felt a little unsafe.

Savannah sibling reunion

Savannah is one of our favorite cities. Southern Belle hospitality was appreciated. We rarely are able to reunite, but this was special and the vrbo site and the city were perfect. We had a great time and this is an excellent property. Highly recommended.

Savannah and Tybee Island!

We enjoyed our stay here. We rented the upper and lower levels together! Lower level has tons of space! You can walk everywhere in Savannah from this house, but it’s quite far to River street, especially with kids. The pool on Tybee Island is very nice!

Nicely restored home. Particularly liked hardwood floors. Has all needed amenities. Entrance via back does not (yet) live up to standards inside home. Few blocks from Forsyth park. Neighborhood in transition. Would stay again.

Make sure you have all questions answered before staying here

We had previously booked this property for July 17-21st. We then cancelled June 28th because of the COVID getting so much worse everywhere. They said they would cancel it for us but NO refund. They would just issue a credit for us if it was rebooked for those days. I looked every day to see if this property was rented/rebooked for us since we cancelled June 28, so we could get a refund. Every day I looked, it showed it was BOOKED, so no one had a chance to book it......... what kind of business does that & no one else was gonna book it from us. So with that being said, 5 of our party decided to go to Savannah & we ended up using this house since it WASN'T REBOOKED..... Here are our details below: No idea where the pool is that they show – very misleading. House needs a full length mirror… Main TV did not work we did text and call for a maintenance request and they never did return the text/call. It’s obvious that the neighbors are using the trash cans for this property. That wouldn’t be a problem except that by the time we left it was getting kind of smelly around the cans. The issue is that the cans are inside of the property gate – which is not locked. Our check-in docs gave us a lock code but there was no lock on the gate. The interior of the house was really very nice though.

Beautiful Home

The pictures did not lie, this is a beautiful home on the outskirts of the historic area of Savannah. We ran into some issues with the internet/wifi/cable not working for the first 3 1/2 days and I had to deal with some very unhappy family members as well as I had to find someplace with wifi to complete my work. While we were told the tv's would be on upon arrival no one made sure they were working. If I could give any suggestions with would be to paint the stairs in the back and pave the parking spaces so your guests aren't tracking the sand/dirt into the home.

Great family vacation.

Had a great vacation with my adult children and grands. Home and linen was clean. There was plenty of space to sleep and for family dinner and games. Home had plenty of linen and the basics needed for our stay. Close enough ride to the beach. Stores were easily accessible for anything we needed to purchase. Parking isn't the best for several adults to have their vehicles. Parking in some areas on the road is only certain times of the day. We rented the entire property. Upper and lower homes are not connected inside. Had to use stairs outside. Overall stay was pretty good. Would rent property again.
