The location was perfect in historic downtown with easy walks to coffee shops, restaurants and all of River Street. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The onsite dedicated parking spot was also a huge positive.

Location was great and the place was very clean. The pool is located on Tybee Island which is difficult to get to unless you have a car which didn’t seem clear in the initial description but everything was as pictured and it was in walking distance to everything.

Orleans Square property was a perfect for my wife and I. Located right in the middle of Savannah it offered us 5-10min walks to any area of the city. The VRBO was clean, and comfortable and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving on the Bay

Great location for historic Savannah and the Bay…very homey.. we had a cozy Thanksgiving inside watching the parade and games.. then went exploring and walked off all the yummy food… great location .. A neighbor introduced herself and was very froiendly snd made a comfortable visiting her at our next stay..

Fabulous and Quaint

It was a wonderful experience to have such a homey environment to stay in as my daughter interviewed for a school. The access was easy, parking was so convenient, and the adjacency to some great locations to eat and experience made our stay extraordinary. Great Location

This is a great choice for location and value. Quiet, clean, and convenient to Historic District sites.. Southern Belle checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. The water pressure in the shower is outstanding also the included parking is a plus. We’ve stayed here twice now and would do so again with out hesitation.

Great location and clean apartment. Easy to find and perfect for walking the historic district. Communication with the property management was easy and quick. The pool that we had access to was very nice and clean as well. I wish we could have opened the windows for a bit of fresh air but otherwise had a lovely stay.

Great location - very walkable to Historic downtown

Everything was very nice. Stocked kitchen, all amenities as described. We walked to Harris Teeter for small quantity of groceries. The pool is across town on Tybee Island and we did not rent a car, so we did not see it so we can not review that. There was some outside noise at night but you are in a city location, so it’s to be expected. Very walkable and close to Orleans Square.

Good Location

This is a great location within walking distance of parks and restaurants. Since it is a street level unit, located on a corner across from an active square, pedestrians pass by right next to the bedroom windows, which can be noisy after hours. This proximity to an active pedestrian sidewalk also precludes opening window blinds to see out or allow sunlight in. Other than that, it is a comfortable and roomy two bedroom accommodation with convenient off street parking.

We were able to walk everywhere and loved how central the location was to the historical district. The lighting and mirror height was a little annoying (not bright and too high in the bathroom for the shorter women in our group), but we otherwise loved this property. I would definitely book here again!FYI: Not a deal breaker, but the sidewalk around the the front door was blocked off by yellow tape due to roof repairs. We had to climb under the tape whenever we entered or exited the property. This is just something to be aware of if you have someone with mobility issues in your group. As this is a temporary issue, this may not affect future groups.
